The power and influence of culture, in this case losing culture, cannot be understated. I tuned in to "One Bills Live," which is the local Bills broadcast network run by Chris Brown and Steve Tasker. They were doing an end-of-year analysis. When a caller suggested the problem was McDermott, Tasker went off on a several-minutes-long scolding of the caller. These local Western New York people's dreams are so small that they still celebrate the losing 90s teams that Tasker was a part of. To be merely division champs every year -- with one of the greatest talents at QB -- is enough for them. I'm afraid McD is going nowhere. It will be interesting to hear next year's excuses.
Steve Tasker and them 90s players need to move on. They all walk around here like they did something. They choked hard four times straight.
The 6 game streak was a hell of ride. Unfortunately the injuries took their toll down the stretch. Finding the run game halfway thru the season was big. Starting a full season with the run to compliment Allen will make this team even better going into the 2024-25 season.
Thanks Sean for the season, it didnt go the way we wanted but love the way you carry yourself with honor and take responsibility. Looking forward to see what you can do next year, hope Brady gets the job I want to see what he can do when he has time to bring in his own scheme.
Well said!❤
Looking forward to another failed season bills are the new cowboys trash

The question no one would ask is “are you willing to continue being the DC and work with a more experienced HC to win a Super Bowl?”
He’s too arrogant for that. Hence him being the HC/DC. They’ll have to fire him after next season. He’s not winning a Super Bowl. They’re going to take steps back this coming year. Allen is getting old already.
Because McD is the guy for the job. So disrespectful to even entertain that. Who do you want a ra-RA cheater like Harbaugh?
You're delusional if you think demoting the head coach that not only broke the 17 year playoff drought but hasn't missed the playoffs since would be good for this organization. I'm sure the new HC you're referring to wouldn't find that strange and unprecedented.
@@jacquesmoran3901he broke the drought only to create another one. The Divisional Drought. Can't get past it year after year. I'd argue it's worse than never seeing the playoffs at all. The divisional drought breaks your heart because you get so close to the goal without reaching it.
Did they make him turn in his Bills gear?
Good season overall we just couldn’t overcome all the injuries in the end. Think this was Sean McDermott best coaching job considering where we were at 6-6.
McDermott's coaching was a lot of the reason we were 6-6 in the first place.
@@ninetailedfox579121facts
I'm wondering if any team overcomes injuries.
Or is it just the team with the least ones and the teams that have their ( key ) players remaining that can play are the teams that end up winning the Superbowl.
12 men on the field, broncos miss FG, and Bills loose the game on re-kick. This coach will never have a game plan to beat chiefs and bengals in playoffs.
@@ninetailedfox579121Diggs was. He caused all this drama and forced the offense to revolve around him at the expense of the team.
Don't get me wrong I want to see the Bills win a Super Bowl as much as any Bills fan, but I will take loosing in the playoffs for 6 years over 20 years of not making the playoffs. Get heathy and see you guys next season.
This coach needs to go. 6 years of same results. This coach will not get Bills to SB nor beat chiefs or bengals.
@@BillsMafiaForevercommon sense…… Bill Belichick . Look what he did the last time he had an elite QB. 6 SBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah 6 years of winning the Division and being playoff contenders is the worst. Again, let's look at where the team was and where it is. @@mosespimentel9647
@@DJBERASI777I’d want Jim Harbaugh. He’s younger. He made San Francisco relevant again and took them to a Super Bowl and two NFC title games with Colin Kaepernick as his QB. Imagine Harbaugh with Allen? Harbaugh knows how to build teams up. I hate to bash people, but I’m old now and will say this, McDermott is a waste of space and time.
Agreed!! McDermott isn't perfect, but who is? He did an injury plagued defense and made it a strong unit.
Former Linebacker John Fina did an excellent u tube video. He said the DT , DE and edge runners did not do their job. He called out DE- Epeneza and edge runner Rousseau in particular. He even said DT-Oliver while he had a breakout season was quiet in the biggest game of the season.
They Let KC run at will and had no sacks. Never had serious pressure on Mahomes. Given the Linebackers were depleted this is a real failure from a healthy front.
John Fina played left tackle, not lb.
@@Aedrian07 thank you for saying what I wanted to say.
Not much meat on this bone. I've lost faith that McD can lead this team above the Divisional round of the playoffs. There's always some excuse why we couldn't succeed, injuries, Damar Hamlin trauma, miscommunication, etc., etc. The long and short here; nothing is really gonna change next time around other than trying to replace a lot of free agents lost to the open market. Personally, I'm grateful for McD's and Beane's efforts to improve the fortunes of this franchise - they've done a good job, but I have very little confidence that they know how to take it further.
Maybe in a year or two they bust past that barrier ? 🤔 or perhaps it goes like you stated here🤔
Only one way to know and that's in time.
Us fans are tired of being so close but yet so far. This feels like a repeat of the 90s. We’re wasting Allen’s talent. Just do what you have to do to give our city a Lombardi trophy already.
If only it were that simple....
Exactly correct in my opinion having lived through that era myself. It seems they've hit the same psychological block at this level that the Kelly Bills did at the Super Bowl level.
Fact of Sports :
In sports you're always going to have the Manning who made it half way and later on in a career. Or the Marino who went instantly and never again. Or the Montana who does it often and in rare occasions the Brady. Even the Elway who went many times and never won, then won 2 at the very end of his career. What about the Trent Dilfers? Winning a SB? That's life! That's football. Those examples cover it all. Like the Bills 90s 4 or our current situation......
Had a great year GO BILLS
Give one more year to this guy. If the same thing happens next year the Bills should really move on. If the same thing happens it will be pretty stale by that point and change would be needed to shake things up and bring life back into the team.
Bringing in a different head coach, such as a re-tread or a former coordinator, isn't the answer! Cut or trade Von Miller #1. Rebuild through the draft and trade some guys on the roster for additional picks. Draft those younger players.
I say take lumps and rebuild the coaching staff
Can't cut Von...or trade him...death by salary cap....same with Diggs
@billchriswell2925
I seen those numbers. Tikes 😬
Nope..wrong conclusion
Good season? Come on dude.
Bills fan from Iowa.....yep, that's me
All of you idiots saying he should go have no idea how difficult it is win a Super Bowl.
Listen to his response. 6 years of same results. This coach will never have a game plan to beat chiefs or bengals in playoffs.
Glad “good seasons” are just division titles, 5 years of this nothing will change starts with the owners, GM and HC.
If you watch this interview and think McD isn’t the guy, then you just don’t understand how hard it is to win in this league.
He’s a narcissist playing people. He’s really content with losing like a fool. You’re a kool-aid drinker. Quit.
I don't hate Sean, I really don't. I think he's one of the better coaches in the NFL. I just don't think he has any answers for Andy Reid. Defense wins championships. If you want to beat Mahomes, you need to give Allen some help on the defensive side of the ball so that when he leaves the field after taking a lead, he has confidence in the defense to protect that lead more often than not. That's how you help Josh Allen. We've played Kansas City 3 times in the playoffs, we're 0-3. I know we had injury issues this year, but this is an uncomfortable stat that needs to be pointed out. In all 3 of our playoff matchups against Andy Reid, even when we were healthy on defense, we've managed to force only FOUR punts from KC's offense throughout 3 games. That is unbelievable. And it's why we can't get over the hump. Defensively, this team needs a lot of help. It needs to get faster, it needs to get more physical, and it needs to get younger. Another uncomfortable stat: Ed Oliver didn't finish this game with a single recorded QB pressure. That hasn't happened since 2021. Von Miller had the most tackles of anyone on the D Line.
4 total punts in 3 full games is not going to get it done. And that's an uncomfortable truth for Sean McDermott. Leslie Frazier had opportunities to figure it out. Sean McDermott has had opportunities to figure it out, and here we are yet again. Patrick Mahomes has a stout defense he can rely upon to make his life easier, regardless of how great he is individually. That's why they win championships.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. The Chiefs aren't going anywhere. Mahomes isn't going anywhere. As long as they exist, we have to go through them. And as presently constructed, I don't think we're ready to take the next step. And that is NOT on Josh Allen. We're in these games to begin with almost exclusively because of him, and that was evident on Sunday night as well.
I haven't seen anything from him to make me believe he's a better than average HC, or even an average one. He has been blessed with the enormous talent of Josh Allen for the vast majority of his tenure here, and the team still crumbles at the end every year. He gets outcoached all the damn time.
I just don't get it.
Well he took a team with a shambles defense and got a lot out of them. They also only lost by 3 points to the best qb coach duo ever with tons of key injuries. We have 2 incredible linebackers for the modern game that happened to both miss the game we needed them most. The couple things we could have done better, the middle of our d line seemed to be super quiet in the game and I feel like outside Rasul no one on this team knows how to look for a pick. Dane Jackson is just happy to be next to a receiver. But he is never looking for a big play. So yea Dane and the linebackers and the middle of our d line hurt us bad in this last game. And we only lost by 3. You could look at this game a ton of different ways. At end of the day your players do have to win their matchup or you need to get lucky with health. We got neither in biggest game and lost by 3.
PREACH!! With an elite quarterback like Josh Allen we still can't get it done and it's an excusable. Sean seems like a nice man but he's not the man to get it done for Buffalo.
Imagine a Great run game with 2 WRs (young & fast) able to catch for the entire season 😮 24 season has to be without the drops of passes , 23 had way too many to overcome , right up to the end 🤷
The drops are a killer.
Can understand a drop here or there but they need to be far and few between.
Love you Buffalo Bills!!!! Great season! Bet if we had Milano and Bernard we win that game. Get Bellichek as d coordinator, bring back the Buffalo SLB and draft Braelon Allen. #BillsMafia 🇺🇲🙏♥️
Great season, not what any of us wanted and another rough ending. But proud of you guys and how you finished. Regroup, get’em next year. GO BILLS
Coach McD sums it up: "With wide receivers, you've either got to be efficient or explosive, you can't be both". Why not?
With ALL these heartbreaking loses ( regular season and playoffs ) I think he just needs some therapy to heal and to teach him how to better handle game situations.
That seems to be his main weakness is bad game management.
Fix that and all should be well.
I know a lot of people want Sean’s head on a pike, but I think he has changed through this season. He figured out how to close games on defense and be more aggressive when he needed too. I don’t blame him for our defensive struggles against Kansas City. We were down to third stringers. Our main goal more than anything should be striving for a healthy roster in January!
yeah like a fake punt run (really? not a fake punt pass?) that gives the game away except for a lucky bounce
His defensive game plan against chiefs literally failed. He is the reason why Chiefs cruised offensively and never had a game plan to beat chiefs. This coach has failed to have his team ready for 6 years.
Took him (HC) years to releave Josh of all the responsibilities. You just started rushing the ball to balance out the offense this year towards the end of the season …. Please go get Harbaugh or the OC from the lions… Go get Daball
Agreed!
I can't stand Dabol with the Giants but I actually think he would be the perfect fit for Josh and the Bills overall.
Keep coach McD he is the foundation of the franchise, his character, leadership and experience is not easily replaced. The grass always looks greener on the other side. Bottom line, injuries did us in, poor AJ Klein was abused big time & our best corner was playing at 70%, maybe.
McD can only take them so far
Seeing these soft comments about McDermott fifth playoff failure in a row due to defensive collapse is just sad. It almost makes it seems like Buffalo deserves Sean to have him let us down once again. If he’s still here, don’t start crying when it happens again
I would suggest moving him down to Defensive coordinator and finding a new HC.
@@OwenGaliciaHe’s a very average DC. All the chokes and last second losses are on his defenses. His defense couldnt defend a 16 point lead or even 13 seconds in two playoff games. His defenses underperformed in all the playoff games, including wins. Miami almost beat his defense in the playoffs last year with a backup QB.
Andy Reid took a long time to win a SuperBowl, many years. This is about learning and takes some time, Sean and Brandon are doing a great job.
Andy Reid had to move on from the Eagles for him and the Eagles to win Super Bowls
Andy Reid didn’t have a Josh Allen running his ship. Andy got two now with Patrick. Bill Belichick got six with Tom. Sean McDermott has zero with Allen and will never win one. Book that.
Andy had McNabb, Michael Vic, he was fired of Philadephia and in KC he had Alex Smith.
Buffalo was only having loosing seasons until Sean and Brandon arrived and broke that playoffs drought.
Tyrod Taylor was the QB that ended the drought does that mean the Bills should have kept him no matter what?
@@mikeymunson9504Andy Dalton’s TD throw ended the drought or it would’ve reached 19 years.
This team is handicapped by cap space. The inconsistent wide receiver play has been a major issue. Beane did what he could with the money that he had. Von Miller was probably the worst decision he made. But that was the reaction to the 13 seconds game.
I actually think Von was one of the best decisions on paper. He looked amazing before the injury. And looked decent last game of season. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s very good next year.
If you’re really a decent man then you would step down at this point, to continuously be the problem in the post season and to still remain shows me you don’t care about this team, city or organization but only yourself.
Josh will never tank a season to get a new coach nor would he ever go to Terry and demand a new one so I have to hope that the next 2 seasons just get worse and worse and hope Terry has the balls to finally replace you.
Wasting Josh’s talent and time is criminal and Sean should be held accountable
Well put
With a josh allen contract restructure, we'll be back under the cap, then restructure a few others and well be just fine, got alot of the core still here and the whole offense is still intact, just need a true number 2 reciver and another one to grow under diggs to eventually take his place, the D line and safety positions need bodies, we good at linebacker and corner. Then depth. Dont be bringing back Phillips and lawson.
Buffalo has to address #1wide receivers #2 defensive secondary all of it safeties, corners, and linebackers. The final thing is a pass rusher. But the wide receiver is the best way to start.
sean go to the nfl rules commitee tell them to expand the field goals pipes 30 yards each side!
All we got to do is move the goal post little to the right
Thank you Mr. McDermott, you are a great coach and you will bring home the Lombardi trophy! Stay positive and true to yourself.
No they won’t 😂
He’ll never bring that home. He’ll always have to coach three playoff games to get to the Super Bowl and he’s not winning three in a row. Sorry.
You gotta do a million other things before you should even mention “World Title” lmaoooo
Don’t let Josh do a Madden cover ever again. The “Madden Curse” really attacked us this year.
Mahomes is that guy who was in the right place at the right time. He’s not actually even as good as Allen anymore. He just has the superior team, top to bottom. If Allen had to drive the ball against the Bills’ defensive unit from Sunday night with the Chiefs’ offense, he would’ve put up at least 35 pts, not 27. I guarantee Mahomes couldn’t even put up 17 points on the KC defense with the Bills offense. Let alone 24 pts. Not even factoring in drops.
Mahomes has Andy Reid and Jackson has John Harbaugh. Allen has a lame duck Sean McDermott. Nuff said.
@@BuffaloWyoming I don’t know how you can watch how the Bills ended the season and this interview and think we have a lame duck HC.
@@frankleni6718 Well, he is.. Tell me something. Did you watch him blow a 16 point lead in the playoffs in Houston? Did you see him blow the 13 seconds to Kansas City in the playoffs? Well, if you did, that’s exactly why they mentally lost the way they did on Sunday night. The other playoff losses were the Bills simply getting blown out or outclassed. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results… He’s clearly never getting the 1 seed, as he loses too many winnable games during the regular season. Which means he’d have to win three playoff games just to even get to the Super Bowl. That’s not happening. He’s a below average .500 coach in the playoffs. All this defines lame duck..

Great season coach. See ya next season.
Pathetic soft ass mentality there, have fun simping for this guy to lose again in the divisional next year
The biggest question I have is
Did Buffalo 🐃 lose this game because of who KC is ? Or did Buffalo lose because of who they are not ? And is it a measurement of BOTH of these possibilities ?
They lost this game due to coaching and not injuries. The 13 second collapse mentally led to this disaster of wide right part 2 on Sunday night.. The Bills head coach cannot handle the pressure. Not a chance the Bills ever get the 1 seed under McDermott. Which also means not a chance he’ll ever win three straight playoff games and a Super Bowl. Not a chance.
The Bills need to get an upgrade in reporters covering this team. Absolute amateur talking heads, lack of professionalism, shallow depth of knowledge of the team dynamics and no respect for the management of this professional football team.
After careful review I have determined, we must upgrade the quality of these reporters. Stating with the older members of the press and then moving down through the younger reporters.
We need our new Bruce Smith.....Watt, Crosby, Hutchinson, Hubbard type to name a few....We need that beast on defense that we haven't had in a long time.
This was the strangest group
of four people you can name. Only one that can comapre to Bruce is Watt.
No fault of the coach who would never have needed the 2 minute play call if the defense had gotten some stops. John Fina former linebacker said it best in his video. The Bills lost the game not on the last drive not on a missed field goal. The front tackles, ends and edge rushers failed to pressure Mahomes or even register a sack. Knowing how depleted the line backers, safeties and corners were they let down the entire team. He called out Epinessa and Rousseau. Even with his breakout sesson Oliver failed to deliver. The Bills need the biggest upgrade here. This game should have been won in the 3rd and early fourth quarter.
Bruce Smith won zero rings due to a fraud HC that far too many love. Won’t matter if McDermott had Bruce, Talley, Bennett, Conlan, or whoever else. Andy Reid owns him. McDermott is a fraud.
Heard this press conference 5 years in a row. Legitimately respect to McDermott for what he accomplished. But he had a shot over and over again. He made this roster exactly in his vision and theu come up short the same way every year. People dismissed the Ty Dunne article as sour grapes but at the end of the day, the defense collapsed and the team tightened up and was disorganized at the end of the game. Time for a new Hc

3 dropped TDs.
Great guy, and what he has done to build the team is impressive but if Bills fans want to win a Super Bowl with the current iteration of the team, McDermott needs to go and ownership needs to hire Belichick now.
Next year Joe Burrow is back, as well as every other good QB in the league. If Mahomes, Burrow and Jackson are the top three (3) in the league, Belichick handles all of them defensively. A few weeks before Burrow convincingly beat the Bills in Orchard Park in the 1st round of the divisional playoffs in 2022, Belichick confused Burrow and would have beat him but for Mac Jones. Belichick defends Mahomes very well and can get into Mahomes' head and Belichick can defend Jackson well too.
McDermott is simply not as good, maybe he will be in 20 years, but he is not now. Bill loves Josh Allen and Bill would take Allen to an even higher level and Diggs simply would not have dropped that pass against KC because the Bills offensive would immediately develop a killer instinct under Belichick.
If McDermott stays and the Bills go into next season the same team and don't win, Allen is going to become the next John Elway with maybe 1 championship at the end of his career or possibly now championship like Dan Marino.
Same story every year for us.. Played good defense with an injured skeleton crew. And finally established a run game. Other than that norhing to see here anymore. Move along. Go lions
Four years of subpar coaching in big games is long enough. One can't be head coach and defensive coordinator and hide behind poor coaching and lack of adjustments during the game 0:00
No more coordinators for Sean to blame....
Hey there's always next year!!
I think that's the problem. We dont want to be in a position to win, we want to be dominant and just win. This guy has taken us far enough. Appreciate everything coach has done, it's just not enough. Hes too conservative and doesn't know when to be aggressive, aka the fake punt. Dumb.
If the game is on the line, it’s over. McDermott is full of BS. Lip service to collect even more millions. Look at all the chokes and coaching mistakes alone this year. Better coaching and they’d have a Super Bowl championship already. Take Josh Allen outta the equation and Beane and his Carolina boy would be fired long ago. Nothing will change here, but wasted time. Josh Allen is starting to get old. By the time they open the new stadium up there will still be no Super Bowl championship. Mahomes isn’t better than Allen. Mahomes has ANDY REID. This organization couldn’t handle a Jim Harbaugh or Bill Belichick.
We realized how perfect and complete and ready this team was to win SuperBowls since the Dallas game. Wouldn’t change a thing. They just got caught up in injuries across the defensive line. Greg Cosell pointed it out on One Bills Live mentioning that Chiefs would take advantage down the middle and they did. Greg also mentioned the Chiefs are tops in run defense and defending the long passes and Bills best bet was to pass in between which happened, but maybe more was needed.
What can you do when you defense is down by that many starters. Bills have only won when all gears of defense is running. Sean is as good a coach as any in the league. He really took off this season.
Chiefs are one of the worst run defenses, which is why we attacked them the way we did. They are one of the best pass defenses in football and are VERY good at preventing explosive plays. They play in a 2 high cover shell a lot and because of that, they tend to give stuff up underneath and runs.
Really the game was lost on the defensive side of the ball. I know the offense had an opportunity to score at the end, but the fact of the matter is...whichever team was forced to punt the ball first was going to lose. Even if we had scored, Mahomes would've had an opportunity to get the ball back and make something happen. The game was going to end with the ball in Mahomes hand due to how the clock and timeouts were shaking out. Barring that unbelievable mistake by Mecole Hardman that results in us getting the ball back with another chance, this was a 10+ pt win for the Chiefs because our defense couldn't stop them whatsoever and the Chiefs defense got a stop when they had to have it and forced us to punt the ball.
On one possession while we still had the lead, we needed the defense to get a stop or force a FG attempt. That's how we were going to win the game. Instead we gave up explosive plays on every Chiefs possession, the chiefs were averaging over 7 yards PER PLAY for the duration of the game, and that is just historically bad no matter how you look at it and it's impossible to win, even by controlling the clock, when you're letting the other team drive 75 yards down the field for a touchdown in 5 plays. The injuries clearly played a factor but I'm gonna point out a stat here that is gonna be uncomfortable for Sean McDermott and the defense. We've played Kansas City 3 times in the playoffs. Throughout those 3 games, even when we had a healthy defense, we've forced a grand total of FOUR punts by KC's offense. 180 minutes of football, 4 punts. That's why we lose. He hasn't figured out a way to counter Andy Reid. And yes, he has to shoulder some of the blame for that.
Wish we didnt kick that field goal. Sometimes you have to go for it. Even if bass makes that we probably still loose. Sean should of told josh bleed the clock and its 4 down territory untill we score a t.d or of we do kick a field goal its with no time left. He kicked the game away.
von gone shaq lawson gone. epineza gone..tim settle gone rapp gone kair elam gone diggs go gabe davis bye bye bass gone martin gone...like to see baylon spectre develop..looks like a banger..teams like to run the edges of the bills and successfully
Anyone else want Bellicheck as HC and McDermott to either leave or be demoted to DC? I know it won’t happen since this team is destined to remain cursed, but that would be nice for us bills fans
If you want a Belichick staff. I don’t think him and Beane would ever be on the same page assuming Bill wouldn’t want the GM job too.
@@thematthedral9304New HC likely means Beane is gone. Which I’m cool with. Only reason Beane still has a job like McDemott is Josh Allen. I’d want Jim Harbaugh. Jim is younger and has a proven track record. Jim took the 49ers to a Super Bowl with Colin Kaepernick. McDermott can’t get outta round 2 in three years now with Josh Allen. Look at the playoff defeats, they’re all on the great McDermott led defenses. I’m old and my time is short. I’d of already fired McDermott.

Why don't the press ask the real question. Why would you throw the ball into the end zone with 1:30 left on the clock. You got beat in 13 seconds. Then throw ball 10 yards short. With Diggs wide open. You failed again... Enough is enough. Tired of excuses... The SB window just slammed shut with a really big thud..... If I am wrong about this I will eat my words. 40 million for 10 yards short. Falls on Josh... I like Josh. Bills would not be where they are without him. 2 years ago out coached. Last year bills were done. Stress was it. This year players didn't produce.
I believe Diggs was the last read, Shakir was wide open, great play call….
We are close! BILLIEVE!!
@@fluffypotato1827 he may have been the last read. Bottom line Allen threw the ball end zone with 1:30 on the clock. Bills got beat in 13 seconds. Due to coaching 2 years ago. They should have gone for first down. Killed more clock.. If you are going to go end zone on 3rd down and nine. Don't throw the ball 10 yards short. Guy makes 40 million to throw a ball... Do it. Tired of next year.... Have a great day
Cool shirt
Time for Sean to go.
andy owns this dude he a lame duck n andy a shooter
Thank you coach. I look forward to more of you in the next Season. You are our coach, there is no one better.
Scrap the nickel defense!!!🤨
If Terry doesn't fire no one going to game or buying jersey or shaving snow for you next year
him n beane to passive look at him playing nickel against 3 tightends kisten to laughing jokin makes excuses for bad contracts
He is a good coach it would be a disaster if he was gone look at where the team was before he got there, its a work in progress
Huh? He only looks good due to JA17. GTFO.
👆 stupid
Using that logic Tyrod Taylor was the QB that ended the playoff drought are you saying he should've kept his job too?
New HC please
Fire this fool. Although he did a good job with all the injuries. He held the team back by not firing DORKSEY sooner
It is so hard to win a championship when you are playing the officials as well as the opposing team.
We need speed and size at WR. The D was crippled...AJ...bless him.. was eaten alive...Dane was awful..Rasul banged up..D line stunk. KC avg'd almost 9 yds a play😮 this team will be totally different next season...Hyde Poyer gone Whites done...will Milano get back? Beane has a huge job ahead
Same medicore WR’a same results next year one and done
Lip service
Reading these comments, it amazes me, that people still support McClappy. All the excuses for him. He's been the HC for how many years now with a unicorn at QB and they have 1 AFC title appearance. Is this franchise and fanbase interested in winning SBs or just being good and making the playoffs? Because if it's SBs, McDermott won't deliver that. He gets out-coached by the top HCs. He doesn't know how to manage a game based on how a game is unfolding, the clock, or instant replay. His message is getting stale, trust the process...seriously? That message was good when they were trying to become a winning franchise. That ship sailed a long time ago. They need an offensive-minded HC, that's aggressive and expects championships. I don't expect much next year, with him leading the team. The division is only getting better, even Patriots will improve with a ton of FA money, and likely landing a top QB in draft. Fans that think Bills are assured a playoff spot next season are delusional. So the Bills under McClappy, are only going backwards. 13 seconds happened under his watch, he should have been gone after that.
Will the coughing person leave the room?
Does Sean know something we dont? He said Stefon Diggs "was" a phenomenal teammate.
He knows Diggs is out, and being that McDermott isn’t out it also means more years of mere mediocrity and little to no reason to “bill-eive”
McDermott is a good head coach. You think there’s a better replacement? Dream on. Belichek didn’t win 30 Super Bowls.
You’re right. Belichick has won 8 total Super Bowls. How many has Mcd got? How about old man Levy? Haha! Where else would you rather be losing than right here right now. Nobody circles the wagons of CHOKING like the Buffalo Bills.
Love sean but dude you kicked that game away. You should of told josh t.d or nothing. 4 down territory and bleed the clock. Not go for a 44 yard field goal to tie a game and give pat 2 min and 2 timeouts to get 3 to win it. Come on dude. You kicked that game away. The 1 thing Andy wanted you to do was kick it. He was praying you didn't go for it on 4th because the odds of us winning jump by 72% if josh converts that. Is Dan Campbell kicking that or going for it. Campbell went for 2 pt conversion to win or loose a game. That's balls. If we took a negative play and were in a 4th and 13 I guess kick the game away but dam josh allen 4th and short. You play to win the game. Not to tie it. Stay as coordinator but stop wasting freaking years away. Josh would have got that amd we would of won with a different head coach. It's not 1980 anymore. The game is won different now
Tell him its coordinator or nothing. We need a dan cambell at the head coaching spot. We need balls. I bet if it was 4th and goal from the 5 with 2 sec left hes kicking for overtime. I bet dan Campbell goes for it and wins. And we kick it and most likley loose. Hes a great coach up untill 2 min are left. You wasted another year. Were not geting any younger. I want a superbowl before i die. So many friends and family thought they would see 1 and there all dead. Get it done dude
thats the point this dude is a defensive minded ciach u can barely touch the qb cmon get 17 some consistency
why would u sign a 33 yr old to 6 year contract? this dude stuck in the past still bringing up 2020 n
Brandon! Listen carefully........Belichick is a free agent. Sean is a great coach and will find a job no problem. He's taken us as far as we can go.
Bill Bellichik is not the answer. If anything a offensive coach is whats required here, not a washed up 72 year Bellichik
I don't think he will ever be washed up, but I agree at the very least an offensive coach is a great start. @@CS-zz2bf
@@CS-zz2bfIf Belichick was the Bills head coach here five years ago until the present, the Buffalo Bills would have two Super Bowl championships. You’re calling Belichick washed is comical. Give Belichick a franchise QB and he will win. WTF has Sean Mcdermott won? How many Super Bowl wins?
@@Dobbs65 I don’t give a F. What is Sean McDermott’s record without Josh Allen starting? How many rings does McDermott have with Josh Allen? Bill Belichick is the greatest DC in the history of the game. Belichick’s defense held Joe Montana to one, ONE fkn TD the last 14 playoff quarters head to head. What’s McDermott’s defenses done to Mahomes when it’s all been on the line? Belichick outclassed McDermott in New England this year with MAC JONES. If Belichick had Allen, he’s winning rings. Again, how many Super Bowl rings does ginger McDermott have? Belichick has 8, research that.
@@CS-zz2bf6 SBs… Enough said. Sticking with a loser mentality will never win us anything!!!!
Not in the cards with Sean as coach. Sad lost opportunity for our team.
did he resll ring up the ints how about get a stop FOH
Why’s this dude patting himself on the back after another playoff L?
Because he's in over his head
Because he’s accustomed to being a loser and the Bills are too. Hate to say that as a lifelong bills fan but it’s true
@@user-xc9mr9gp1qyep. Loser mentality. Guys gotta go. Enough is enough. Get Bill Belichick and Make a statement !! if this owner has any balls. If not we’ll remain losers. That simple. Bill has proven what he can do with a franchise QB… 6 SBS!!!
Come on Buffalo….. This guy McDermit has to go! He already ran everyone else off..
Also… Move off of Drop ball Diggs too while you can still get at least 2nd or a 3rd..
Cap hit will be to much to endure unless it's a pre June 1st trade which I don't see happening
@@sportsdom1776I could see that happening. Trade Diggs to Dallas. Diggs is worthless when it all matters most. Gabe Davis is outta here too. Some of the Bills mafia and Davis got into a shouting match after the loss to the Chiefs. Von Miller needs to be released, he looks old, tired and finished. Cut Bass as the stigma will be there now every time he kicks, just like Norwood. Looks like they’re keeping McDermott, which means no Super Bowl championship. I’m going to chill personally on the upcoming season with McDermott coaching. McDermott is a total embarrassment and I cannot take the Bills franchise seriously anymore.
@@ALastShotonTwoGoodHorses If you go back and actually look at the kick he kicked it left so it would split the uprights the WIND just took it. Nothing he could do about the the wind but if you actually watch it the Ball and his foot went left the STRONG winds just took it
there content with playoffs n i like mcdermott but man u wasting talent n time n with some ledgends out there to hire get VRABEL
Which reporter has covid? Go home brah
Sounds like McDermott is patting himself on the back again LMAO "we've never gotten closer to beating KC" what a joke! Four chokes McDermott SMH
Great excuses for getting out coached every year in playoffs the excuses just never stop with McDermott and the Buffalo Bills SMH
YOU BUM
I will admit he did make some mistakes in the Chiefs game but being a coach is not always easy. Coaching any team in any sport is always a learning process. Take a look at Nick Sirianni of the Eagles he made his fair share of mistakes and now he has learn from them. So will the Buffalo bills coaches they will learn as well from their mistakes. You think that Andy Reid didn’t make any mistakes yes he did and he still does make mistakes. Coaches are human beings they are bound to make mistakes. The thing is to learn from them and move on.
They haven’t and he hasn’t learned over the last five years and never will. He’s got one of the best QBs in the game. He makes millions.
He will learn from his mistakes after how many years of the same sort of last minute failures?
When you have one of this generation's best QBs you can't waste his talents with a defensive minded head coach. Especially one who's proven not to be all that great at coaching defense either
New coach please. This guy ain’t it
blah blah blah
Why are you listening???
