I find it a bit awkward/stilted repeating affirmations to myself but it'll probably become more normal the more I do this routine I've never heard of that last one but I'm really really drawn to it especially today. As I go through my day, I meet each happening with calm response. I challenge myself to be happy no matter what circumstances come my way. I believe I deserve, test and recuperation and that if I believe each day can be a great day.
Yesterday I was crying because of certain life events and thinking "I wish I could rewrite my beliefs and just start over. I wish I could get the Breathwork program or at least SOMETHING that can help me feel better about myself, my life and the people in my life." then I watched Leeor's Self-Love video (the most recent one). I made notes from the video and from last night onwards, I started following the advice from the video and then i went to sleep. Before sleeping though, usually I use my phone in bed to watch youtube videos on the LOA and stuff, but this time around i was so completely exhausted and depleted, and then i remembered that Leeor said in the video "when your energy is depleted, you feel low and bad, so rest and replenish your energy." I put my phone on the table (really far away from me )and went to sleep. Today I felt a bit better. After I woke up from my nap tho, i did cry again because of something that happened. I prayed for a miracle. While I was praying, my mom came in my room. Usually she doesn't like it when I cry because she thinks i've gone crazy, but it was shocking to me that she was being so sweet. she came to me, held my hand and asked me what happened. i told her what happened and she said "it's not your fault. it's okay. now come have something to eat. I got your favourite dishes from the club nearby" I went after 5 to 10 minutes and mom was being so sweet to me. I literally couldn't believe it. Now i think it's because of the advice that Leeor gave in the video i watched the night before - "let yourself feel the way you're feeling & don't judge yourself for it" - that was the first step and i followed it since last night and it made a HUGE difference. The second thing I've been doing since last night is this - "Treat yourself like your best friend" - this also made a HUGE difference because i stopped talking down on myself and actually felt okay with myself. I couldn't believe it. I'm truly grateful for this video

Whenever I feel scared I repeat to myself 'I am safe, I am protected' and I imagine my angels being around me, protecting me and it works wonders every.single.time! Also, I actually use it when I'm walking past a house that owns a very big and scary dog that bit me once and let me just tell you, whenever I get close to that house I start saying those affirmations and I haven't seen that dog for over 6 months I would say.
