@@ellaarav this is just my belief! our spirit is naturally high vibrational - like the original comment - but we have chosen to be in these human bodies and live human lives. One thing that comes with being a human is duality: experiencing high and lows, high vibe emotions and low vibe emotions. Like Leeor said in the beginning of the video, that's normal to not always be high vibe! It's a beautiful thing to feel the whole range of human emotions. Sometimes you need to feel sadness, anger, grief, and fully feel and process this emotion! But once these emotions are processed, we are naturally high vibe, so it should be easy to raise back up!

I go outside and drink my coffee while soaking up the sun. I do my yoga outside. I ground myself outside after my yoga. I also meditate and listen to your positive affirmations in the same area. I am constantly growing and learning! 🙏💜

Honestly, when I first saw you bring out the hand drum and talk about it I was worried (as an indigenous person) but then you went on to talking about indigenous peoples relationship with hunting and such and you actually used the term indigenous. I really appreciate that as an indigenous person that constantly has to enlighten people about my culture. thank you for taking it upon your self to become educated on that topic, seriously it is so awesome to see people our age taking actual interest in it.

What I really enjoy doing lately is spending some time every morning out on my balcony just watching and feeling with all my senses the nature. I love to listen the birds in the morning, to feel the wind, to smell the fresh morning air. It's really helping me to feel present in the moment and to remember that life is beautiful and the biggest joys of it are so simple. If we could all pay more attention to the beauty of nature, we would see the world and all our "problems" in a different way.
When you explained anxiety I relate but what helps me is the breathing technique you explained and knowing that I'm protected and loved and will always come back stronger after feeling anxious. I hope anyone that experiences anxiety reading this knows that their bigger than that anxiety and it won't consume you. Don't carry that with you.❤
I've started redefining what it means to wake up. If my eyes are open and I am conscious, yet I feel glum -- I speak to myself internally and shake out that low vibrational energy with morning sun, exercise, self-care etc.. also I interrogate WHY I feel lonely (was I watching a tv show that glamorized relationships?) or poor (what was I doing this time last year?) and once I can feel that I am back in my body I thank GOD for waking me today in my right mind!

Awesome tips! Thank you for sharing! My wife and I have been honing in on the optimal daily routine over the last few years and so far this is what’s helped us- 1. Gratitude- whether it be journaling, thinking about what we’re grateful for and even writing gratitude letters to people. 2. Meditation- thinking about what we’re thinking about and becoming present. 3. Visualization- setting the intention for the day and living as if all our goals have been met so we can go out into the world in the state of abundance. 4. Exercise- 10-15mins of movement. We just bought a trampoline and 5 mins of that is amazing! 5. Throughout the day we spend 2-3mins focusing on gratitude and center on our intentions to maintain a higher frequency. 6. We have been eliminating, delegating or automating tasks that can be draining to us or not beneficial for our energy. Things like vacuuming we have a roomba, we bought a water machine so water lasts for a whole month at a time and now we’re prepping all our meals so we don’t waste as much time cooking on a daily basis. I love what you shared about Shamanism, one of my friends called me his shaman last week lol I’m totally interested in learning more. One day I’d love to travel the world and meet Shamans and speak with them.
It's crazy how I always end up coming back to your videos whenever I'm going through a hard time in my life- I actually got into spirituality because of you. This year has definitely taken a toll on that though; my grandpa who I loved very dearly passed away, I've been at home for most of the year, lost my job- which have all contributed to me becoming really anxious. omg i relate so much on the feeling sleepy and lacking energy in the morning. This can carry onto mid-afternoon after me honestly - it isn't until after the afternoon that I start to feel more energetic and like myself. Idk why. I just wanted to raise my own energy levels. Loved the video! Personally, I wake up, rub my hands together, then trace my whole body saying "I am beautiful, I am healthy, I am love" to help my self-esteem. Many days I'll do 10 minutes of morning yoga. I also like to have a morning bath with salts and candles, and I'll read in there for about 30-45 minutes. What I have just done that made me feel good and in a higher vibrational mood, after feeling unmotivated no energy, bored, tired sluggish body I decided to wash my hair so it’s silky smoothe then blow drying and straightening my hair which allowed my feminine goddess to awaken 😜 always helps to feel that tad bit fresher and to make the most out of my time while im finishing straightening my hair I fill my silence (which I had been in for most of the day) to listen to none other than the beautiful, you 😌👌🏼 and after following along with you by the end of the video I now feel enlightened and happy giddy and grateful to have come across this so thank you baby 😝😘

I start my day with stretching before get out of bed. Then setting an intention of what will be the major task, energy or goal of the day. Then listen to ,or say affirmations. Then listen to something motivational and inspirational on RUclips and InsightTimer to set my energy for the day. What I really enjoy doing lately is spending some time every morning out on my balcony just watching and feeling with all my senses the nature. I love to listen the birds in the morning, to feel the wind, to smell the fresh morning air. It's really helping me to feel present in the moment and to remember that life is beautiful and the biggest joys of it are so simple. If we could all pay more attention to the beauty of nature, we would see the world and all our "problems" in a different way.

When you explained anxiety I relate but what helps me is the breathing technique you explained and knowing that I'm protected and loved and will always come back stronger after feeling anxious. I hope anyone that experiences anxiety reading this knows that their bigger than that anxiety and it won't consume you. Don't carry that with you.❤

I've started redefining what it means to wake up. If my eyes are open and I am conscious, yet I feel glum -- I speak to myself internally and shake out that low vibrational energy with morning sun, exercise, self-care etc.. also I interrogate WHY I feel lonely (was I watching a tv show that glamorized relationships?) or poor (what was I doing this time last year?) and once I can feel that I am back in my body I thank GOD for waking me today in my right mind!

Awesome tips! Thank you for sharing! My wife and I have been honing in on the optimal daily routine over the last few years and so far this is what’s helped us-
1. Gratitude- whether it be journaling, thinking about what we’re grateful for and even writing gratitude letters to people.
2. Meditation- thinking about what we’re thinking about and becoming present.
3. Visualization- setting the intention for the day and living as if all our goals have been met so we can go out into the world in the state of abundance.
4. Exercise- 10-15mins of movement. We just bought a trampoline and 5 mins of that is amazing!
5. Throughout the day we spend 2-3mins focusing on gratitude and center on our intentions to maintain a higher frequency.
6. We have been eliminating, delegating or automating tasks that can be draining to us or not beneficial for our energy. Things like vacuuming we have a roomba, we bought a water machine so water lasts for a whole month at a time and now we’re prepping all our meals so we don’t waste as much time cooking on a daily basis.
I love what you shared about Shamanism, one of my friends called me his shaman last week lol I’m totally interested in learning more. One day I’d love to travel the world and meet Shamans and speak with them.
It's crazy how I always end up coming back to your videos whenever I'm going through a hard time in my life- I actually got into spirituality because of you. This year has definitely taken a toll on that though; my grandpa who I loved very dearly passed away, I've been at home for most of the year, lost my job- which have all contributed to me becoming really anxious. It's been several mornings now that I wake up with a pounding heart and in a panic like state like you described and it never occurred to me that it was because of my anxiety. I'm definitely going to be trying out these steps! Thank you for your advice

omg i relate so much on the feeling sleepy and lacking energy in the morning. This can carry onto mid-afternoon after me honestly - it isn't until after the afternoon that I start to feel more energetic and like myself. Idk why. I just wanted to raise my own energy levels. I feel like exercise and eating better has been helping with that. I gotta get down my sleep schedule properly too
Loved the video! Personally, I wake up, rub my hands together, then trace my whole body saying "I am beautiful, I am healthy, I am love" to help my self-esteem. Many days I'll do 10 minutes of morning yoga. I also like to have a morning bath with salts and candles, and I'll read in there for about 30-45 minutes. When I get out, I ground myself in grass and take my dog out for a walk. I love you, Leeor! Blessings

What I have just done that made me feel good and in a higher vibrational mood, after feeling unmotivated no energy, bored, tired sluggish body I decided to wash my hair so it’s silky smoothe then blow drying and straightening my hair which allowed my feminine goddess to awaken 😜 always helps to feel that tad bit fresher and to make the most out of my time while im finishing straightening my hair I fill my silence (which I had been in for most of the day) to listen to none other than the beautiful, you 😌👌🏼 and after following along with you by the end of the video I now feel enlightened and happy giddy and grateful to have come across this so thank you baby 😝😘

I do my deep breathing along with my Yoga in the morning to help with my anxiety! I’ve accomplished the splits in a month from doing this and I feel so good about it! Now I’m looking into learning to play a musical instrument! Maybe a piano 🤔

Young lady,, im 56 be 57 in may .Whomever thinks any of the WISE path you chose to do in the morning is wierd , they are most likely speaking from a place of ignorance and I dnt maeant that disrespectfully , but they know nothing of the Shamans, shamanic drumming, Qi gong etc. Im using your advice and I thank you dearly for it.You go baby , you just gave me some wisdom how to help myself and im thrice your age.Your wise way way beyond those who are saying anything you do in the am is wierd.
I start my day with stretching before get out of bed. Then setting an intention of what will be the major task, energy or goal of the day. Then listen to ,or say affirmations. Then listen to something motivational and inspirational on RUclips and InsightTimer to set my energy for the day. Tapping and Wim Hof breathing are new practices which I've started recently. 😊🧘🏽♀️❣🦋💖💯
