One question / suggestion: could you maybe talk a little about some additional costs like electricity, water, internet etc.? Like, how do you calculate those and what is allready included in the stated prices. Would be pretty interesting to learn a little about those.
It's nice seeing people post videos in/about fukuoka. I've been living in fukuoka for about a year now and just feels underrated. I was curious to how you get access to showcase these rooms? Is there a part time job working with realtors? This would be a lot of fun!
Those and Tokyo areas, this guy does Kyushu areas in Fukuoka at least. So i doubt he will be doing anything in Tokyo areas from my understanding. Fukuoka is far away from Tokyo if you look on the map.
