The Tossers did for me, what the Pogues did for others in the eighties. I appreciate it.
Well said, I feel like the Tosser's are carrying on the Pogues spirit with their music. Shane and Tony can write the hell out of some songs.

consistently crap. Only ever listened to a few songs by them years ago. Tossers are second only to The Pogues within the genre, as far as I'm concerned. I like DKM, but they don't really come close.

Agree. The Tossers have a similar sound and style as the Pogues. DKM have a harder, closer to true punk, style. I haven't listened to Flogging Molly.
Since i moved to Florida, this song is my main reminder of my Chicago roots. Absolutely love it. Amazing job and the video is oure nostalgia for me, thabk you guys for your music.

Years ago now, the last time i was through Chicago i had dream later that night. I knew i would never return to the Emerald City - at least to live ... still will always have a special place in my heart though.

Saw them last night in Detroit. Fantastic show. If you get the chance, definitely go see them. Afterwards the band came out and mingled with the crowd, got a couple of pictures with them. They were really cool and very approachable. I wish more people supported groups like this.

Saw them in '07,Paddy's Day,NYC,Roseland Ballroom,opening for The Pogues. How's that for a daily double. Tony said,from the stage,it was the greatest fucking night of his life. He hung out in the crowd after their set. Nice guy.

Saw these fellas in Orlando summer of 2015. I was far too belligerently drunk half way through their set that I don't remember the rest of it. actually a bit heartbreaking considering they're one of my favourite acts around. one more excuse to see them again.

Seattle isn't worthy to carry Chicago's lunch pail. I live in Ohio now, but 4800 N. Damen will always be home.
To be fair though, Seattle's lost a lot of the charm that gave it it's own individuality in recent years... (and now with all the 'dot com' business in the area, it's practically "Silicon Valley 2.0".)
Bart Stoll Could be for different reasons. No need to be rude to my beautiful lady. I love Chicago myself but if it weren't for the other emerald city...I hadn't met my girl. She sent me this song because it made her think of us even though she knows it's about Chicago...it's still fitting, just as she knows that I love Chicago and this type of music. Though, there's no place I'd rather be than with her, no matter where that'd be.
