I know many of people that practice especially young peoples of color in NYC we don’t practice with evil intentions and we don’t harm other people we truly believe that the energy you put out in the world is the energy you will receive back. i just had my first shroom trip, and im on the comedown. i didnt kno who else to talk to about this. but i thought i knew myself, and i thought i was prepared but i got proven wrong real quick 😂 letting go was so fucking hard. i fought it so hard, even when i wanted to let go my ego was fighting it. as soon as i let go i finally understood that feeling of “oneness”. i didnt have a body, or feelings, i was just energy and everyhing around me was energy. part of me feels like i barely touched the surface of psychedelics because by the time i let go, i had already passed my peak. but another part of me never wants to touch shrooms again lol. i had a moment of such clarity, and understanding but now im left just asking more questions than what i started with. i dont even have the vocabulary to describe what i mean. i guess im writing this because ive been watching for years, and have watched countless trip reports, but nothing could have ever prepared me. its so insane. i appreciate more than ever the way your able to describe things. before i felt like i had already been a spiritual being, but i have a new understanding of how i dont know shit. i have barely touched the surface. facing myself was so fucking hard, and letting go seemed impossible for hours. you are amazing man. even tho the trip was intense as fuck, and when i had negative thought, i NEVER felt negative energy. it was all positive no matter where my brain was trying to take me. i feel the need to only ever give out positive energy from here on out. this was most likely all rambles, but i feel the fucking need to put it out there for someone to know.

This really does open my eyes to the “other side” if you will, I’ve been so caught up on abolishing fear and trying to live in a state of love. You know, the light, dark, yin yang kind of thing. I see the meaningfulness of finding a balance in both but I have yet to find a way to control my emotions. I just have so much fear and not enough love and I am stuck between fighting my fear and trying to ignore it. I could go on and on but all I mean to say is that this video is contributing to the connection I am trying to make in my own belief system. Thank you for sharing your adventure.
