Abe gadhe not every engineers work in Amazon some are in ib finance pe and also other product based company ib and finance with 10yrs of exp if you became a vo you can make 2cr per annum or more and if you work hard and became an md then sky is limit

There is no minimum age for captain you just have to hold valid ATPL licence and 3000 hours of flying on rated aircraft
