Pilot salaries have varied a lot over the last few years because of covid. As a result, airlines aren't really bringing them up again. In this video, I talk real numbers and share what's wrong with pilot salaries in Indian aviation, and what crazy amounts are being paid by airlines abroad!

From a middle class family, i have a dream of one day becoming a first officer. As usual, without enough funds, i have gotten into engineering in a random college.
Sometimes i think of just erasing this dream of mine, but always fail to do so.
Instead, let me just thrive for it, even after graduating, let me get into that cockpit with my own money.

Heyyy Captain...really proud of u...got to know once u were the youngest captain...so i wanted to know what is the minimum age to become a captain in any airline and how many hrs? Also, CPL from outside or India .BTW loved the info u provide in ur each and every video. Just keep growing.
depends on your knowledge everything he achieved goes back to struggle and hardwork dont think airlines spoonfed pilots struggle is the ultimate key in this field.
There is no minimum age for captain you just have to hold valid ATPL licence and 3000 hours of flying on rated aircraft
Actually to become a captain, that depends on the company policy. Yes to get an ATPL you need to be atleast 21 with 1500 hrs. But then that doesn't mean an airline will straightaway consider you for command.

Getting a job after getting CPL, will really help for aspiring pilots like us 🙏
Getting CPL and Type rating is easy. Hard part is getting a damn job when you’re competing with 6000-9000 pilots for few openings. Airlines going bankrupt every 2-3 years releasing almost a thousand experienced pilots into market doesn’t help too

Someone commented ki half salary goes to taxes, well still it's 7.5 lacs/ month, kis software engineer yaa MBA graduate ki aukaat hai 7.5 lakh kamane ki, Amazon sde 3 ki salary 1.2crore hai still usko in hand 5lakh se zyada nai milega that too subjected to targets, esops. Pilots the best

Pilots have to wake up at ridiculous times to do there job. While software engineers only work 9-5 that too from home.

36-38 l in hand in india nd 70 l in dubai with same quality of life ur actual increment is 20-25l which is also good but still is not double pls keep that in my mind. Ex - if u spend 15l in india for same standard of product u might spend 25l in dubai be it rent , clothes etc etc

well lmoa i used to thought that i'm different and would become a pilot after 12th .. reality hits hard...it;s expensive so rn all i could do is get mbbs seat , earn enough then become a pilot.. istg as i would stop being a doctor as soon as i get a pilot job.. this might take a whole decade lol but it's something i would be doing no matter what.

Does flying school matter mean some cost 60-65lakh some cost 40lakh is there any advantage in high money cpl?
As far as I know... expensive cpl will finish quickly cuz less crowd whereas cheaper cpl will take more time cuz more crowd.

The government should feel ashame to levy tax on income at high rate like this when many earned their qualifications through self and their parents hardwork.
Will it stop there, no, then you pay gst on your purchases, road tax, different cess, road tolls despite paying road tax, high fuel tax, entertainment tax, house or property tax, etc.
