I am in a similar situation. I purchased one from the Ice River site, which did ship earlier, and one from TSwift. Resellers are waiting for them still. Hopefully they ship this week and we can get them hashing away. I will post a short when I get tracking. Who did you purchase from?

But can't set up mining.

Does the UI show up? My KS0s would not show the UI, but the Iceriver tool would find the miner. You can try a factory reset, and it should show up again. Otherwise make sure you are using a lowercase "a" for the default username. it won't login with an uppercase "A".
Default user info should be.
User: admin
Password: 12345678
