⭐️question⭐️ At your 1390 yard target.. I would love to hear the volume of the gun from the target’s location and the decibel reading at the target location. Can the Rockchuck hear you from that distance and/or determine the location you’re shooing from? 🤔🤓 Great video Gavin 😎
I like the idea of a bolt action and one in at-15. I really like your rifle build. I also like the parts you used, but I’m new to this type of plant forms. How or where do I get a good barrel.
In a bolt action .22 I would go for something in the BR case or maybe a necked down 6GT, necked down 6.5x47 or 22 Creedmoor. All of those will work better in regular size actions and should give more muzzle velocity or heavier/higher B.C. bullets for better ballistics and equally good brass options. At the same time, I wouldn't go with a .22 for "ELR". You need to see the splash from a miss when shooting ELR so bigger is better and 7mm is as small as I would go for anything approaching real ELR (minimum 1,500 yards or 1 mile).
Hard to comment about the 22 ARC if you don’t have it setting next to a 224 Valkryie. I can get around 2950 fps from a 75gr eld out of my 223 Wylde chambers with N540. Seems like a lot of work and $$ to get an extra 75 fps.
You need a Grendel type 2 bolt. You cannot use a 7.62x39 bolt. There is a difference between them. Please research for yourself before you try that. Lost of information out there
The thing that bothers me about hornady is they just take stuff that’s already there and put their name on like they did something Special. The 22 Grendel has been around a long time, shouldn’t even be called an ARC since they didn’t even use the case.
Shouldn't be mad that they make something commercially available and with standardized data. Wildcatters gonna Wildcat but they never seek SAMMI approval so more often than not, their work goes unnoticed.
😂 compact😂😂 .. what are you talking about? In what world is that compact .. no short barrel, short suppressor, foldable stock, ect.... the rifle looks great but DEFINITELY not compact..keep up the good work 👍👍👍
That’s impressive. The Ballistics Advantage barrels are under rated in my opinion. Nice combination!
I have 6mm arc. Can't wait to try 22 arc
Great video Gavin, love that combination!
Great looking rifle sir. Getting ready to review an Ultradyne chassis myself.
Awesome! Looking forward to seeing how it goes for you.
Great job on the build. It looks great 👍
Thanks 👍
Dammit Gavin! Now I need a Rock Vise, that thing is awesome.

Nice build
Love that vice.
Sir, will we ever get a video comparing this to the Valkyrie?
Not much of a comparison. the ARC has at least a grain more case capacity and shoots the heavy 22 bullets much at least a couple hundred fps faster.
Very nice and priced right!
Yes indeed!

Nice build. Like that chassis at that price point. I think you need to sell me that rifle and you build another for yourself.
Would love to see a build on the new aero Solus action. Maybe their new lightweight action they came out with at shot show?
I think that stock is pretty exceptional for the cost.. How much for that build total?
Cool man!! Thanks
Can you provide a build list with costs? Also, what other barreled actions would you recommend?
What was the flight time and yardage you were shooting?
How close is it to 224 Valk? I favor AR compatibility and am more inclined to 6.8 parent case for a bit more meat on AR bolt.
Valkyrie rim diameter is .417", 22 ARC is 435".

Inspiring… 🤩
You need to get ahold of the new Thunderbeast RR series suppressors
How much is the price of the rifle fully assembled?
Hay Gavin....when u went to aferica did u mount the game that u shot?
The chassis seems nice, but charging as much for that buttstock as the chassis is a total miss.
Would like to see you guys get something from AG composite stocks.

According to the newest Hornady manual rim diameters are as follows 6ARC .441”, 6.5G .438” and 7.62x39 .447”. Is the manual incorrect?
sweet little shooter
I want to build one but all the actions I look at all have a built in non removable rail and I want to be able to put my own rail on it
Nice build! So all I need is a barrel to convert one of my 7.62x39 Ar gas guns to 22 ARC? Is it the same extractor?

Did that vise just happen to be the perfect colors to match that shirt….
I just wonder how much that all cost, like Finnish without the scope in 22 Creedmoor
What bipod is that?
6arc or 22arc for long range is the question hmm
Which TriggerTech trigger?
"Compact"...The barrel sticking out from the chassis and the suppressor are almost as long as the whole chassis 😂
What kind of suppressor is that
Area 419 Maverick!
How big is that rockchuck at 1,390??
4ft tall
@@richiefutrell6247That’s a big Rockchuck!!! Lol
anyone know if a kelbly atlas tactical would work in this chassis?
It’s a Remington 700 clone so it should!
@@Ultimatereloader you the man! Thanks.
Compact hunting rig? Lol I don't see it. Compact chassis, and heavy and long barrel with suppressor kind of defeats the purpose
So basically a knock off XLR element chassis? Lol
I love your channel and all the info. But ban you spent all this time and money on the gun to put an ATN on top of it🤦♂️

Try finding brass for it !
@@mtnshooter2487 I have a lot for it. I have lapua 6.5 gren brass and starline 6 arc. The 22 arc is just the 6.5 necked down to 22
Has the 22 Grendel been SAAMI?

gg-ez
Im sorry dude but I hate the looks of those kind of chassis. Kinda soulless.
No torque wrench Gavin ??
Rich mans gun
That’s capitalism for you
