Hey, thanks, this is helpful, but what if I only have one line of data? IE I have 10 years of species diversity data, and I would like to know if there is a significant difference between any of the years at a single location?

All of the videos I saw in youtube about anova have all same set of data. How about if the group have unequal set of data? Is it still applicable to use anova, sir?
