Hello sir , I got my canada study visa stamped today for sep 2024 intake(applied with pal), my course completes on april 2026 but the date of expiration on the visa is 31/12/2025(consultant did mistake in application by mentioning my course as 1 year), my study visa expires before 1 year of my course completion, My question is : is it possible to apply for extension here itself in india before leaving? and if not possible will there be a problem at the port of entry if officer asks why you applied for 1 year study visa when your course duration is 2 years? What should i answer sir and what should i do now, im really concerned, I’m facing this problem due to the mistake by consultant. can you please guide me sir.

You can change before 1st semester starts. If you change it noe then this one year period will not be counted in your study.
