Interesting! I love the idea of the trinket plates with paper clay and the stencils were beautiful. I will say that I don't understand why you covered up all that gorgeous copper metallic with the pink paint. I thought you were gonna do a wash so that that pink paint would go in the cracks and that you would then wipe out the excess so there would be this beautiful metallic shine with the pink pattern "inlay" so I was not expecting you to just paint over it and leave it like that. The splatters were a nice touch. If I were to do a set of these - I would let the metallics shine. Also, I kind of wish there was a way for you to make sure your pieces were centered in the "molds" - I hate that the patterns came out crooked (I mean, that may be what you wanted - no right or wrong. I, personally, like designs centered more than not). I think these would make great gifts.
You make it look so easy! I'm going to have a try, though doubt they will look so professional. Thanks for taking the time and effort to out this out there. I appreciate it:)
So lovely and you make it look so easy! Have you ever embossed using a laser cut rolling pin? I got one for Christmas and want to try using it with paper clay to make Christmas ornaments for next year but I don't know how to do it! Any suggestions? Thank you.
Thank you! No, sorry, never tried one. But, it sounds like you could follow all the steps in this video, but instead of using the stencil to emboss, you use your embossing device :)
Hi! They are just tiny plates and bowls to keep little things in on the desk 😊 I don't know how to hang them on walls really. I guess you can make holes in the clay before it dries to be able to hang them.
Does the paper clay work better or about the same as air dry clay? I hadn’t heard of paper clay until the last week or so. I had just made up my mind to try making something out of the air dry clay, and then I came across the paper clay. Lol too many choices!
Hi! If I should do them again I would use air dry clay. I think the paper clay are better for smaller things like using with moulds. I find the paper clay is more fragile than the air dry clay. Hope this helped 😊
wow, I cannot believe I did not realise you had a youtube channel. It must be far too long since I bought anything from your shop, sorry. this is very cool and I have some air dry clay in the house too ;) I am feeling inspired to create after watching this. Thank you . oh and I am a new subscriber. T x ps being a little cheeky here, but I have a growing youtube channel so if you need any video reviews of your own supplies please keep me in mind ;) T x

Love it!! 😍😍
Is it safe to eat off of these?
Hi Kirbie, no they aren’t food save, they are for decorative purposes only.
Is there a way to make food safe plates?
Where did you buy your stencils?
www.thatscrafty.co.uk/
Lovely
What is the use of such tiny plates?
Decoration. :-)
Que masa usas por favor, gracias.
It´s paper clay :)
Es arcilla o pasta para modelar sin horno. Se seca al contacto con el aire. No se hornea.
En Argentina las marcas comerciales son Crealina o Jovi.
How to fix on wall???

How to make Paper clay?
That is something you buy :)
Beautiful but is so difficult to learn the process that way .
. Make me nerves in the effort to follow the steps.
How in the world are you getting that paper clay so thin without it tearing????
