that would make sense given that Izuku's sorta way of being a hero is a combination of his idolizing of All Might as well as his vision of being victorious being based of Bakugo, i think that is also called out sometime in S3
IgnitusG Yeah, even at the end of Season 2, when the class is doing that race through the city training ground, everyone notices that Deku is utilizing Bakugo’s mobility techniques, and all through Season 3 we see slowly but surely Deku using mkre and more of them, blending that with what Gran Torino taught him to make something all his own. After their fight in Season 3, Bakugo acknowledges that Deku’s doing this, and starts giving him tips to improve on it. For every ounce that Bakugo seems to have it out for Deku, Deku seems to respect or even idolize Bakugo.
I agree but I also disagree I think that this song and bleed both have a lot of musical inspiration and cues from one for all which is meant to represent how both of them are so inspired by all might but they both derive different results from the same source, one of them basically is all about being the unbeatable badass who makes everyone else feel safe because of his indomitable nature and the other is far more focused on the more personable side of the hero persona with the determination to smile no matter what and stuff like that and of course both of them would benefit from some of the perspective of the other and bring them both closer to their goal of being basically the new all might and stuff like that
They're all musical compliments! Dekus being the perfect blend between the victorius alternative rock of one for all and the deep thrumming heavy metal sounds of bleed. Listen to them one after the other it's an amazing experience.

This was such an epic moment for Deku. You can see how far he has gone with his journey of becoming a hero. Saving Eri was his biggest achievement so far.

He had the perfect opportunity to save her, but he let her go without doing anything. He felt that he just didn't fail Eri, but All Might as well, because All Might trusted Deku to become next number one hero in the future and when he risked his life saving Eri this was the first time he truly felt like a real hero.
Something about Divide and Deku just fits so well (could tell ever since that chorus on "Plus Ultra" with Fabvl and Rustage, which is how I discovered the latter). So. I always know it's gonna be amazing and Detroit Smash (couldn't resist the pun) that Like Button before I even hit play.

Deku v Overhaul is in my top ten anime fights for sure. All the pain, regret, doubt and worry that Deku felt about letting Eri go back before Sir Nighteye gave the greenlight was unleashed in that fight. It really encapsulated "This is the story of how I became the world's greatest hero."

Deku v Overhaul is in my top ten anime fights for sure. All the pain, regret, doubt and worry that Deku felt about letting Eri go back before Sir Nighteye gave the greenlight was unleashed in that fight. It really encapsulated "This is the story of how I became the world's greatest hero."
