@@lenawbr1773i run her with shimenawa and blizzard strayer, as well as staff of homa. i use a freeze comp team consisting of shenhe, chongyun, xingqiu, and albedo since his skill helps a lot too. all four of them together can kill things surprisingly quick

I've not tried Eula before. And claymores are big he's y weapons, so, it makes sense they'd be slower. Normally not something I'd play because I don't like super slow things like that (I can be horribly impatient lol), but I'm finding a lot of Genshin characters I like wield claymore XD (Razor main :D.)

The hype was all pre Sumeru as there was a theory that he or rather the snake was the Dendro archon, like how the dendro slimes have a flower controlling them. Needless to say when the actual archon came out, Baizou was completely forgotten about, and was just Orochimaru to the really old Naruto fans, like Xiao is Sasuke.
As a baizhu haver it's really nice to see another baizhu haver, because it's impossible to find someone that likes him. But low-key he is the best healer in game
I literally felt like was the only person on earth excited for his release, back then. Even in social media, on yt vids, etc, he didn't seem to have that much hype. It made me feel kinda sad tbh.

Exactly!! Baizhu is an amazing character and even tho, yes, there is Diona, the fact that Baizhu is a catalyst and uses dendro and not cryo makes him amazing in manyyy other ways and he can do things that Diona could never do! And on top of that, he’s tall :3 so you walk faster with him! :D

Because people don't like that she has 1 built playstyle which is her Bountiful Cores. What people fail to see if you pair her with a team like Yao Yao, Xingqiu, Nahdia, and Nilou with high EM and level 90 it is one of the strongest teams in the game.

Baizhu is literally so underrated. He actually carried me to abyss 12-3 like i cannot live without him 😭😭 he doesn’t just shield, his shield also provides interruption resistance plus my team always come out of tough fights with max hp
Same! I am picky with my healers and usually always had Barbara on my team for her healing skill (Bennet I don’t like since it relies on his Burst which he won’t always have). I also have her the weapon that has a high chance of refreshing her cooldown if it hits an enemy, which helped me loads of times. Baizhu is just amazing in terms of healing. His main skill has a low cooldown, can cause Dendro reactions, and it heals a massive chunk of health to ALL characters in the party at once. That last part is what sold me on him. Also at C1, he has two charges to his skill! His Burst is just a bonus to me with its shields and Dendro damage that I use with Nevu and Shogun.
there are also only 2 dendro healers in the game and kiraras dendro shield is only a single instance of application. baizhu is very good in meta because of how little options there are for dendro and how besides nahida, there aren’t a lot of good dendro applicators. Baizhus shield has continuous dendro application, enough to easily make him the second best dendro character right now. Really useful for a lot of teams, especially neuvi/cyno teams. i’m pulling for neuvi C1 because as much as i love baizhu, i’ve not used nahida in like a year and i miss seeing my aunty 😢
@@Starrie_3clipes Since Nahida focuses mostly on elemental reactions with Dendro, I think Baizhu would be pretty good with her. His Burst gives you a shield and constantly attacks the enemy with Dendro, and his skill goes out to attack enemies three times before returning to you to recover your party’s HP. His skill even has an eight second cooldown if I remember right (it’s really short). And at C1 he gets two charges for it. Keep in mind I don’t usually play with Elemental Reactions too much, save for with Electro, but I don’t think picking him up would be a mistake. Even if you can’t use it for ERs, you can still use him as a great healer!
Fun fact, if you have nilou and basil you can literally annihilate everything in your path, throw on nahida and kokomi and you have one of, if not T H E best AOE dps teams.
Hello! I would like to pull for Nilou, and i was thinking of pairing her with Nahida and Kokomi, but i don't know who to use for healing. I'd like Kokomi to be the bountiful core driver, so for her to create them, hence i will build her EM with the 4pc set that buffs bloom reactions, Nahida also built EM with 4pc Deepwood to shred 35% dendro resistance on enemies, Nilou all HP% ofcourse, and to get the maximum amount of hp i will use sets that give (20%+20%)hp as a substat, but like this i'd be missing a healer, and unfortunately i don't have Baizhu. Could you give me some recommendations? Thank you!
@@star-m1h4from what I know, Barbara is decent as just a healbot so in a pinch she will suffice. Kirara is honestly hilarious as a bomb delivery service with Nilou’s aura and catbox plus her shield has increased dendro absorption. Lastly if you have Yao Yao her healing is comparable to Baizhu’s from what I have heard and her dendro application is consistent if not always the most reliable in group situations.
@@star-m1h4 go for dendro defensive option, either kirara or yaoyao. otherwise there's not gonna be enough dendro for your koko to proc bloom, or you'd have to change your driver. barbara usually functions as a alternative to kokomi

I have a nice 4pc tenacy set, although the 20% atk buff won't do much since bloom is based on EM and Nilou's HP%. I apologise in advance for all the questions, thank you!
For people who take this seriously, do not be afraid to pull on these characters. They are all good in their own rights. This was based on the makers personal opinion.
This, lol. This is the OP’s opinion. I am obsessed with Baizhu. I went so hard in his banner and I am not regretting it once. He is the only healer I will every use ever again, now. He is so insanely strong with his heals. But that’s just *my* opinion, and he works for *me*, and *my play style*. My best friend loves the claymore characters and regularly uses Itto and Eula and gets insane damage out of them. I prefer pole arm and sword characters and love Shenhe. I get a lot of damage from her, as well as my Ayato. (I don’t find him vanilla, lmao, but I admit I use Tartaglia more when I use hydro. Hydro isn’t a element I use a ton, though) Honestly, the beauty of Genshin is we have a ton of characters with tons of looks, tons of elements, and tons of weapons. You can pick and mix and match to find the team for you.
Exactly. I keep remembering this since playing Genshin since day one: "There is no such thing as a bad character just a bad build." And I don't regret pulling for some of these characters you win some, you lose some.

I farmed hours straight for ores for the craftable HP catalyst (forgot its name) cuz I wasn’t able to get his signature. I also went straight to planting violet grass, farm artifacts, and even working my ass off to get a pair of wings matching his aesthetic, I even went as far as to get both furnishing sets that Baizhu likes, however. If I looked at Neuvillette for an example. I got him while building pity because I have a gambling addiction, his artifacts were kinda just me throwing in some good stats for him, using him like 2 times, would rather not pull again. Not because I think he’s a bad character, he certainly isn’t. It’s just because he hasn’t peaked my interest the way Baizhu did!
People will realize how insane Baizhu is in Fontaine with all the new hp drain mechanics and anti shield meta on top of his buffs he’s my most used healer right now and more comfy than zhongli and kokomi because he like a mix of both but dendro

Kokomi probably heals more but he does have interruption resistance and dendro application. Personally I needed all 3 for my cyno team and I have 0 regrets
@th0mazxch257 I've been testing him with lyney, nahida and xingqiu/raiden. I think raiden is the better one but idk yet. Baizhu's keeping my low level lyney alive while he kills things. It's really helpful overall

Not everyone will like him. I like him but.....I have diona and Yao yao (tho hed be great for my tighnari team but I'm already building yao yao for my tighnari and I was saving for kazuha so I MAY(probably won't but still possible) have pulled for him....but as I said both diona and Yao yao exist

Otherwise I would say that you must get someone like yelan who can act as both support and dps. And shenhe just increases the damage of your cyro characters and the game has got better comps like hyperbloom and so many new teams and characters. I would not suggest a new player or someone who doesn't have any good cyro dps to get her

Yeah at C3 even your other characters attacks send out his green healing attack with their attacks I don’t even use food anymore except to boost stats because I end every fight with full health now thanks to Baizhu lol.
I have him in the team with Nahida, Yelan and Cyno, with Nahida's burst active not just he heals more but also cause more damage even if the artefacts are mainly focused on EM and HP
Btw guys, Shenhe give as much physical buff as cryo buff, Her ult decreases both Cryo and physical resistance And her skill gives atk buff so she is not just a cryo sup

Maybe you didn't know, but Shenhe buffs not just cryo, but also physical dmg! She can also technically buff *everything* since her skill can buff NA dmg with hold, and skill/burst dmg with tap!

Ayato is good for new players figuring out play styles of diff characters and he basically carried my azz up to sumeru arc. As for Baizhu, it is said he is the first and only character to fit Focalors team atm. That info is based on team china.
Amd what has that got to do with the character in of itself ? The point is what the character can do by his own. Not how they can be used in a team. Some people prefers stability and playing for fun while others end game players want only combos.
Ayato is STROMG so it's totally fine. He's a great main DPS. Of course, clearly he can be considered "boring" but tbh small price to pay for the damage heheheh
Baizhu is pretty good now, since he can be healer for Furina teams and can support with blooms and etc. And he can be good dendro applier, if you need healer in aggravate teams. Also, Ayato is pretty good for some quickbloom/burgeons with Kuki or Thoma(finally, they workibg good together), since his hydro application is so good.
She was my second 5* as i lost 50/50 to Mona on her banner but still got her and i honestly love her. She can be a physical beast so screw what they say about her just being cryo support. Shes legit my hardest hitting character to date at AR55.

I have Nilou and my HP are always full and everything dies, i guess it's skill issue for some people /jk, Yaoyao is really good with Nilou, she can heal everything, i wish i had Kokomi, but my Yaoyao lvl 60 talents lvl 2 can heal my 80+ lvl team so im good but it's not hate or something, i can't play Hu Tao because low hp makes me mad. :DD
If you ignore Razor's last attack his attack speed is actually pretty quick, and he has the second highest NA dmg scaling among claymore users (only barely being beaten by Eula).

The hype was all pre Sumeru as there was a theory that he or rather the snake was the Dendro archon, like how the dendro slimes have a flower controlling them. Needless to say when the actual archon came out, Baizou was completely forgotten about, and was just Orochimaru to the really old Naruto fans, like Xiao is Sasuke.

Same! I am picky with my healers and usually always had Barbara on my team for her healing skill (Bennet I don’t like since it relies on his Burst which he won’t always have). I also have her the weapon that has a high chance of refreshing her cooldown if it hits an enemy, which helped me loads of times.
Baizhu is just amazing in terms of healing. His main skill has a low cooldown, can cause Dendro reactions, and it heals a massive chunk of health to ALL characters in the party at once. That last part is what sold me on him. Also at C1, he has two charges to his skill!
His Burst is just a bonus to me with its shields and Dendro damage that I use with Nevu and Shogun.
there are also only 2 dendro healers in the game and kiraras dendro shield is only a single instance of application. baizhu is very good in meta because of how little options there are for dendro and how besides nahida, there aren’t a lot of good dendro applicators. Baizhus shield has continuous dendro application, enough to easily make him the second best dendro character right now. Really useful for a lot of teams, especially neuvi/cyno teams. i’m pulling for neuvi C1 because as much as i love baizhu, i’ve not used nahida in like a year and i miss seeing my aunty 😢

@@Starrie_3clipes Since Nahida focuses mostly on elemental reactions with Dendro, I think Baizhu would be pretty good with her. His Burst gives you a shield and constantly attacks the enemy with Dendro, and his skill goes out to attack enemies three times before returning to you to recover your party’s HP. His skill even has an eight second cooldown if I remember right (it’s really short).
And at C1 he gets two charges for it.
Keep in mind I don’t usually play with Elemental Reactions too much, save for with Electro, but I don’t think picking him up would be a mistake. Even if you can’t use it for ERs, you can still use him as a great healer!

Hello! I would like to pull for Nilou, and i was thinking of pairing her with Nahida and Kokomi, but i don't know who to use for healing.
I'd like Kokomi to be the bountiful core driver, so for her to create them, hence i will build her EM with the 4pc set that buffs bloom reactions, Nahida also built EM with 4pc Deepwood to shred 35% dendro resistance on enemies, Nilou all HP% ofcourse, and to get the maximum amount of hp i will use sets that give (20%+20%)hp as a substat, but like this i'd be missing a healer, and unfortunately i don't have Baizhu.
Could you give me some recommendations? Thank you!
@@star-m1h4 Barbara, kirara shield with kokomi bad healing is enough too, basil (baizhu) also works really well here.
@@star-m1h4from what I know, Barbara is decent as just a healbot so in a pinch she will suffice. Kirara is honestly hilarious as a bomb delivery service with Nilou’s aura and catbox plus her shield has increased dendro absorption. Lastly if you have Yao Yao her healing is comparable to Baizhu’s from what I have heard and her dendro application is consistent if not always the most reliable in group situations.
@@star-m1h4 go for dendro defensive option, either kirara or yaoyao. otherwise there's not gonna be enough dendro for your koko to proc bloom, or you'd have to change your driver. barbara usually functions as a alternative to kokomi

This, lol. This is the OP’s opinion. I am obsessed with Baizhu. I went so hard in his banner and I am not regretting it once. He is the only healer I will every use ever again, now. He is so insanely strong with his heals. But that’s just *my* opinion, and he works for *me*, and *my play style*. My best friend loves the claymore characters and regularly uses Itto and Eula and gets insane damage out of them. I prefer pole arm and sword characters and love Shenhe. I get a lot of damage from her, as well as my Ayato. (I don’t find him vanilla, lmao, but I admit I use Tartaglia more when I use hydro. Hydro isn’t a element I use a ton, though)
Honestly, the beauty of Genshin is we have a ton of characters with tons of looks, tons of elements, and tons of weapons. You can pick and mix and match to find the team for you.

I farmed hours straight for ores for the craftable HP catalyst (forgot its name) cuz I wasn’t able to get his signature. I also went straight to planting violet grass, farm artifacts, and even working my ass off to get a pair of wings matching his aesthetic, I even went as far as to get both furnishing sets that Baizhu likes, however. If I looked at Neuvillette for an example. I got him while building pity because I have a gambling addiction, his artifacts were kinda just me throwing in some good stats for him, using him like 2 times, would rather not pull again. Not because I think he’s a bad character, he certainly isn’t. It’s just because he hasn’t peaked my interest the way Baizhu did!
People will realize how insane Baizhu is in Fontaine with all the new hp drain mechanics and anti shield meta on top of his buffs he’s my most used healer right now and more comfy than zhongli and kokomi because he like a mix of both but dendro

Kokomi probably heals more but he does have interruption resistance and dendro application. Personally I needed all 3 for my cyno team and I have 0 regrets

@th0mazxch257 I've been testing him with lyney, nahida and xingqiu/raiden. I think raiden is the better one but idk yet. Baizhu's keeping my low level lyney alive while he kills things. It's really helpful overall

Those onions may very well be the best DPS in the game, hyperbloom and super bloom have been some of the most fun teams I've ever used.

Otherwise I would say that you must get someone like yelan who can act as both support and dps. And shenhe just increases the damage of your cyro characters and the game has got better comps like hyperbloom and so many new teams and characters. I would not suggest a new player or someone who doesn't have any good cyro dps to get her

Yeah at C3 even your other characters attacks send out his green healing attack with their attacks I don’t even use food anymore except to boost stats because I end every fight with full health now thanks to Baizhu lol.
He's actually an early game beast too with Xinqui and Kuki Shinobu. Soooo much hyperbloom! While on full health and shielded!
I have him in the team with Nahida, Yelan and Cyno, with Nahida's burst active not just he heals more but also cause more damage even if the artefacts are mainly focused on EM and HP

Maybe you didn't know, but Shenhe buffs not just cryo, but also physical dmg! She can also technically buff *everything* since her skill can buff NA dmg with hold, and skill/burst dmg with tap!

Ayato is good for new players figuring out play styles of diff characters and he basically carried my azz up to sumeru arc. As for Baizhu, it is said he is the first and only character to fit Focalors team atm. That info is based on team china.

Baizhu is pretty good now, since he can be healer for Furina teams and can support with blooms and etc. And he can be good dendro applier, if you need healer in aggravate teams.
Also, Ayato is pretty good for some quickbloom/burgeons with Kuki or Thoma(finally, they workibg good together), since his hydro application is so good.
Baizhu is husbando. That is. Being a healer is bonus.

I have Nilou and my HP are always full and everything dies, i guess it's skill issue for some people /jk, Yaoyao is really good with Nilou, she can heal everything, i wish i had Kokomi, but my Yaoyao lvl 60 talents lvl 2 can heal my 80+ lvl team so im good but it's not hate or something, i can't play Hu Tao because low hp makes me mad. :DD
If you ignore Razor's last attack his attack speed is actually pretty quick, and he has the second highest NA dmg scaling among claymore users (only barely being beaten by Eula).
Imo, the best claymores that feel good to play as an on field attacker are Kaveh, Eula and Noelle. Itto is a fun skill character tho
