I have a few questions: for example, on this mythical model, how much time did you spend for its restoration? then, the cost of the overhaul and, do you intend to embark on a restoration of a larger displacement motorcycle (750, 1000, 1300 cm3). Anyway thank you for all these videos, it's a joy and a treat to watch them.
i think month of a work, also high powered bikes are very rare and kind og illegal in sri lanka... i think this gentleman concentrating more on popular bikes in the country

Great restore! Previously, I had been riding the early green BANDIT 250 for 10 years. It was a very fun bike with a high-speed engine and a solid frame with the same frame as the 400CC.
If I am your client, I will pay as much as you wish with that kind of quality restoration! I am also a Suzuki Bandit 400 user from Philippines! How I wish that there is also a shop here that can do that kind of work! That's good as brandnew!!

Was looking for this, indeed they are completely out of sync, watch when they rev and the carbs are without the airbox. The carbs are opening one at the time, instead of the same lift. That's way they sound bad. They need to bring it to a real mechanic, with vacuum gauges and a AFR sensor. The later is not really needed, but it'll help. Also, they missed a great opportunity to clean up(dremel out the edges) the machining around the valve seats and cutt new angles, that will smooth out the power really nice, but that's a bit too much for them... All in all, this is only possible for them to do, requiring an enormous will to do it, bunch of free time or passion and I'm really hoping they continue to do it, hat down! I really respect them for rescuing this and maybe many other examples!
