What approach do you suggest i follow? How much of Curent affairs to follow right now, how much to focus on optionals, etc?

Sir ji, wassup...Sir, I am selected in Ministry of Corporate Affairs as C grade Steno. I must work under an IAS. But I want IAS chair. because of family conditions i have to crack SSC first. Now, my family n relatives are satisfied that i have done it. but m not satisfied. Because i have been dreaming to be an IAS officer from 10th class. Sir, I want you to tell me strategy to crack CSE just in first attempt. You can make strategy of 3 years. I will handle it slowly. but i want in first attempt because I have now no tension of getting a job, as i have been selected in Ministry. As you know in CG we have TWO HOLIDAYS and many more national holidays. I can give 4 hours on working days. I am from Non-Medical but pursuing BA from SoL. Now, I am leisure before joining and will start all NCERT books up to 12th within 2 months. I have a good habit of completing the full book after i get. Sir please please please tell me the strategy. I have so many questions but now i cannot ask you. sir please help me....please....
