The Book of the Revelation has nothing to do at all with literal happenings or material things in this earth....PERIOD! And that goes double or triple for Chapter 12! The Revelation was written to kings and priests of the True Church....it was written in highly figurative language containing signs and symbols that point to spiritual realities and spiritual conditions and NOTHING ELSE! Some of these signs are explained in Revelation 1 : 20 which should be a big clue! The Book of the Revelation is basically closed totally to the modern church and her preachers, teachers, and seminary professors that generally take a literal view and thus, none of their predictions or prophecies have come true and none will. In order to understand the signs and symbols one has to be endowed with the spirits of Wisdom and Revelation. My Bible teacher, Pastor, Friend, and Brother, that I have known for over 50 years, has been writing on the Revelation for over 20 years, wherein, he has sent out thousands of multi-page lessons each month for NO CHARGE as he says that God has nothing to sell!!! I’m a wretched sinner, selfish, self focused, etc etc yet while I WAS STILL yet a sinner, He died for me. All those years ago, up on that tree Jesus KNEW ME, He knew when I’d be born, when I’d lie and the horrible sins I’d commit….yet HE LOVED ME ANYWAY, and He also knew that in the HIS TIME & Place that He’d send me His Holy Spirit to change my heart, mind, and soul> that experience was(continues to be) so life changing, so amazing, so incomprehensible to the point where all I can do is PRAISE HIM, give HIM all the credit for the blessings….with THE MOST PROFOUND and only blessing worth being grateful for is HIS SLAVATION. HE called me, chose me, adopted me, HE LOVES ME….AND THAT is the only thing worth being thankful for…Thank you lord for not condemning me, but for your mercies. For your mercies are NEW everyday, as each day I sin!!!
Please pray for me. I try to live a Christian life but I fail and wish to overcome my faults. Also, I ask for the Lord’s Spirit to abide with me and guide me, which is the Holy Ghost.
