Did you know that Wendy was learning the names of all the shells 🐚 She knew and had identified so many of them. The last video I watched was Wendy having a day at the beach, shelling. I also will alway think of her when I think of the beach. You all are doing such a beautiful job keeping her channel and memory alive 🙏🏻 God Bless you ALL ❤
I did know that! She had shell identification books. I have lived here my entire life so even though I love the beach and the shells, I have never spent a lot of time researching them💕
Hi Joee,I am one of Wendy’s very first followers since she started out and have been just devastated about her passing. I am so happy how you have taken on videos and in keeping Wendy’s memory going. Thank you. Julie
By the way, if I’m watching YT on my phone or TV, I cannot comment on anyone’s video. I love your videos but can only comment when I’m on my IPAD. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m not technical enough to figure out why, but this may be what keeps some people from commenting. I am able to do the like! 👍❤ Keep up the good work!
I live at the beach in Okinawa, Japan and have about a million shells sitting around my house. One of my hobbies happens to be jewelry making…guess what I’m doing tonight? Joee, you have done a lovely job. Thank you for the inspiration.
Wow ! Are you ever creative an this is exactly what I needed to use my sea shells for, especially the broken ones. Thanks for thinking out loud. That helps me create too.
You inspired me to use my bead caps on a small shell I recently got during my vacation in Hawaii. It's been sitting on my desk, waiting for something. This was the something I was waiting for. Its glued now and soon will be a simple necklace to remember my vacation. Thank you!! This was so helpful, and a beautiful tribute to Wendy.
You are a brilliant jeweler and designer. I am new to your channel am loving every episode. I considered Wendy a virtual friend she is missed. God bless continue to creat.
Bonjour Joee! I really enjoyed this video including so many great ideas with shells. I've already purchased those acrylic pens and will surely mimic what you did ! I made my first necklace with a shell after I saw Wendy's video a couple of years ago. And now your turn to inspire me with shells. I love it ! Merci for sharing and keep up the good work keeping Wendy's spirit and channel alive !
So many simple great ideas. I live a block from the beach and for years my husband bring home shells every morning. I have thousands and these ideas will now help me turn them into beautiful jewelry without drilling! Thank you😊
I miss shelling on the beach in St Pete. It is definitely God's beauty. Great ideas with the shells. TY. We will always remember Wendy and her amazing talents. ❤️
Thank you for this video. I have lots of shells 🐚 that I can now turn into jewlery. I never thought about using bead caps and E-6000. 🤔 I use a silicone mat (it's actually a hot pad) you can set glued items on it to dry and set your glued toothpick down on it. After the glue drys you can peel it right off the silicone. This has made my crafting so much easier. I cut one of the mats into smaller pieces so I could stack them up to hold something that needs to dry ect.
This is one of the most informative & interesting tutorials I have ever watched! I have learnt so much and keep going back to watch it! Now I have new ideas for the zillion shells I have collected over the years and so much more! Thank you thank you thank you 😊
Oh Joee….i really loved this video❤The shells/beadcaps/wire wrapping & bookmarks were all just lovely!! I really enjoy your style of teaching as well. You are an excellent teacher❤ I think Wendy would be so very happy with all you are doing! Still miss her and always will, but God has blessed us through you too❤ Thank you for being you and for helping all of us to imagine different ways to create jewelry etc. God bless you abundantly ❤ Hugs from Kansas❤❤❤
I loved this video. You gave me some great ideas and instructions on using shells for jewelry and other items. I have so many different size shells that I have collected over the years on our trips to the beach. I now have ideas on what I can make with them. Thank you!
Love, love, love, everything!!! So many ideas swirling in my head; I can't wait to get to the beach!!! Thanks so much for sharing especially the idea about storing your wire in a plastic bag!!!
Joe’e I’m watching again!! My friend surprised me and gave me all her sea shells she hand picked from one of the islands in Florida. I was so happy! Then I was like Wendy loved these! Anyway! Instantly I thought of you doing this tutorial of you at the shore, feeding the birds 🦅. Wendy is looking down on you! She is so proud of you! You showed her your beautiful ways to make Beautiful Jewelry with natures treasure chest! Thank you for teaching me how to make jewelry with these beautiful pieces! Your friend in NJ 🥰
I don't usually make it to the end of videos this long, but you kept me interested until the end. I have lived near beaches in Australia for most of my 50+ years, and a have a huge amount of shells. At last I have some ideas of what to do with them. If you used thicker wire do you think your bookmark ideas could be converted to hair sticks ? The hair would need to be held by an elastic or a barrette, but then maybe you could slide a wire through with shell dangles ?
I've always waited for Wendy's videos no matter what they were. I remember one of her Temu video I was like "yeeiii, we're getting her opinion on the products and we know it's honest"! Anyways, I love the beach as well. I live in Puerto Rico and there is no missed opportunity for us to have an excuse to drive 40mnts and go even if it is for just a few hrs. Wendy will for ever be missed❤ Learned so much from her. Thank u for continuing her journey❤
Loved this video! Joee. Thank you for all you’re doing for Wendy, her family and her followers. You’re a star in your own right. Love your creations and the way you see things from an architectural and design perspective.
So many amazing ideas!! I would not have thought to use bead caps like that…great way to use up singles or just a couple left over from other projects. I have some paint markers so hopefully I can paint some like that, too. Fantastic! Wendy would love all of this! God bless you, and thank you for sharing it all!
I really love and appreciate this video and your teaching style. Thank you so much for sharing. Now I have some great ideas for all the shells I bought. Please continue to share.
Thank you for sharing. I live in the beautiful Whitsundays, North Queensland Australia. On weekends after church on Sundays we spend our lunchtime at the beach. We collect lots of shells and pebbles with the little ones and now I have some great ideas for crafting during this years Christmas holidays. ❤
Joee, your sound and lighting are great in this video! You also stayed in frame very well! Great presentation on an interesting subject and thanks for the tips along the way. I like it that you showed the broken shells can be beautiful. I’m guilty of looking for the perfect ones, so this was a good lesson for me. Awesome and an abundant supply of shells! Thanks Joee, Wendy would be very pleased!
LOVE what you did with the shells! Awesome, easy & beautiful ❤️ And, the filled little bottles are adorable 🥰 Thank you for an excellent show and demos. The painting of beadcap ideas are awesome too ❤
Great Job Joee, I love your tips, what a great idea to paint the bead caps. I have the paints that I used for something else. You know I will be going through my bead caps now. I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts and have often gone shell collecting. So often I have passed up beautiful shells because they were broken I will not do that anymore. Thank you for sharing, I loved what you did with the shells. Julia
Well Joee!!! I absolutely positively loved! Loved your tutorial! Well done! Bravo my friend! I feel Wendy as you are making Yours! You Joey inspired me for sure. I’m 3 1/2 hours away from the beach, however we don’t get shells north like what you get!! None the less, I do see what you just taught us TY so much. Love your wire wrap Joee on that shell, lovely. Joee, Wendy is shining down on you!
I really love your ideas, Joee! I'm enjoying your creativity and ideas. I recently picked up shells from a rocky beach here in northern NY where I live. I keep putting them aside because it's autumn but you're inspiring me to make some pieces with them!! Wendy would be so happy with these ideas.🥲💞
I'm so happy you did this kind of video! I've lived in Florida most of my life, but never really enjoyed the beach (I sunburn easily, get headaches from the heat, etc.) But now that we're empty nesters, my husband and I have found that we enjoy going to the beach in the fall and winter months when it's cooler, a couple hours before sunset and collecting shells. We've amassed quite a collection and have displayed as many as we can, but there are still so many that just sit in boxes in the closet. I'm watching this around 1 a.m. and I can't wait until I wake up in the morning and can get started creating my own shell jewelry components.
Only 13 minutes in and you have convinced me to start making items using the shells and pieces I pick up from my beach walks! I always thought they needed to be perfect to use, but you have made these simple pieces of shell into works of art!
I really appreciate your comment Stacy because having lived in Florida my whole life I see tons of things made with shells and I was trying to elevate the look💕
It's so good to know I'm not alone in my love of shells and sea fossils for jewelry making!!!! I also live in Florida and love the beach and hunt for the rare and unique beauty of shells, I even shop the souvenirs stores looking for rare pieces to use in my jewelry creations! What do you use to make holes in the shells, they're so fragile, glad to know we can use glue, I also use clear nail polish to shine and protect the shells and fossils! Thanks for the ideas! Do you find many people liking the uniquely sea materials in jewelry making? I find it rare to find people interested in them! ❤😊
Hi Beki! I really needed the time away but it took me the first 2 days to actually relax and then I thoroughly enjoyed my third day…making videos is a lot of work (as you know)
Hi it’s me again I am A jewellerymaker and I lost my mojo due to health problems I really do have to say you have given it back to me I’m so inspired I live by the sea and have lots of shells thank you again x

Great work, Wendy & I love your tutorials. I live in Southern California, & have a collection of really nice shells. Thanks for the many great ideas, & commentary.
Thank you for sharing your many techniques of designing sea shells. I just went seashell hunting at the beach this weekend and found some oblong seashells.
Your video was very informative. The closest beach I live near to is in Galveston, TX. I go there once a year and I always keep and eye out for seashells and sea glass. I am usually very disappointment because I only find tiny shells or fragments, but now I can't wait to go back next year and really take a look at the seashells and fragments that are there. Wow, this is the best channel I have found for how to make show charms or necklaces. Thank you so much. You’re very good and easy to listen to. I went to the beach this past weekend and saw so many beautiful fragments that I picked up and wanted to make jewelry out of but I did not know how to do it until I watched your video. Thank you!!!!!

I have several shells that I have been wanting to make jewelry with. Great ideas that I intend to use. One thing I have done after washing and totally dried, I have wiped them with a paper towel with a small amount of olive oil. It also brings the color and shine out.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video!! I have been looking at shells and I have a bunch that were my mom's from Florida and I was trying to figure out how to use them ... what perfect timing Joee!!!!
Hi, just found your video and it was so enjoyable. I love seashells and have a huge jar full that I have collected thru the years. O have always wanted to use them in jewelry and dangles but never thought of how to use the eye pins without having to drill a hole. So, thank you for this very educational and enjoyable video. I absolutely loved it all!!😊😊😊
I go to the SW gulf coast of Florida on vacation and collect shells. Thank you for showing me how I can make them into beautiful wearable pieces. By the way, the shells you are calling “snail shells” are actually called moon shells or shark eyes. 19:13 The natural holes they have in them are drilled by other shells who eat them!😉
Joee, luv the beautiful beaded shell jewelry & bookmarks. Wendy made a beautiful cross in a frame she had a lot of other projects in mind with the shells she gathered may she rest in peace. Thank you for sharing your beaded projects on Wendy's channel. If you don't mind me asking what is your channel called, have a blessed day.
Just wanted to say, I've enjoyed watching this videos. Its definitely made me want to go beachcombing her on the isle of wight UK..i live here and dont make shell jewellery..wire wrapped gemstone cabochon is my thing...but I'm so in love with all the beautiful pieces youve shown today..I'm off shell foraging today, thank you..wendy would have loved this video. I'm sure her words of wisdom would have been, "encourage others to find enjoyment in the simple beauty of nature"..😊
Those paint pens are great, I use them on wood. If you pump/prime the end you are working with against a paper towel, more paint will be available, sometimes they dry up like the pink one was doing while you were using it.
❤love sand in a bottle the book markers, I'd love to view how you make the metal long part .Keeping the mistakes in the video makes you more relatable, 😊luv it Joee. Beautiful work!!!

I absolutely loved it all!!😊😊😊
Thank you so much for this awesome inspiring and informative video!
This was a great video! You got me excited to try some shell projects. Love this! 💕 Thank you
What you did with the shells are beautiful ❤
Thank you so much 💕
I go to the SW gulf coast of Florida on vacation and collect shells. Thank you for showing me how I can make them into beautiful wearable pieces. By the way, the shells you are calling “snail shells” are actually called moon shells or shark eyes. 19:13 The natural holes they have in them are drilled by other shells who eat them!😉
Loved your video!!! So many creative and beautiful ideas that anyone can do!! Thank you Joee!!! Looks like I'll be planning a trip to the beach...
What a brilliant idea I love them 💚
This was a very nice video. Well instructed. I've been so afraid to work with wire, thank u for the confidence. Your voice is very soothing
Love your ideas! Thanks for sharing!
I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with all my shells from Florida. Loved finding them! Thank you. Really enjoyed😁
I'm enjoying your videos, Jody! I'm learning a lot. ❤😊
Loved this video. Thank you.
Hugs Cindy 💕
