AMAZING!!!! And the amount not time ( a fraction of time that it would take doing stuff the conventional way )it takes iOS incredible. I wish it were within my budget because it would be no hesitation whatsoever.
What a great tool! Dry ice would be the thing to use when you are detailing!
Matt, you do you. Don't worry about the haters. I enjoy watching your channel, even though some item are out of my price range.
Very satisfying. Need to add to the setup.
been loving every minute of my blaster, and that's true it is a luxury. i was fortunate enough to purchase one last year and i use it for my small detailing business I got a contract with an oilfield company and it does amazing at taking heavy crude oil off of trucks and old dusty/crusty hydraulic fluid off of knuckle pickers. To anyone who I on the fence about it just do your research or talk to Scott its an investment that can go a long way if you do it right.
Very cool now you just need your own dry ice 🧊 machine.
Should of did one with the dry ice and other with steam and/or w/ APC. Just to show the difference.
Matt, weren’t you able to just about as well with your Fiac Scroll compressor?
Wow. Great work Matt!! The difference is insane. What do you think of modifying a shot blast cabinet for dry ice parts cleaning, it could control temp to an extent and keep dirt confined??
This is pure brilliance! How is this not common practice???
How is dry ice on rust?
Is it okay to leave the inlet and hoses for water filter and pressure washer hooked up without disconnecting them and draining the water out after each wash ?
Yes, that is okay to do.
That look super fun! Just out of curiosity, isn't this process making the asbestos in the brakes literally fly everywhere? Breathing in that stuff can't be good
They haven't used asbestos in anything including brakes since 1999
@@Marri-Tech Good to know!
Asbestos hasn’t been used in pads and friction materials since late 90’s, it was prohibited, atleast here in the UK
@@robertoferreira6368 we are in 🇺🇸 they should ban your food thats what the UK should ban…. Hahahaah I’m kidding
Would it have been more comfortable to dry ice those calipers in something like a wire cart? It looks like a lot of fun
That would be ideal.
I've commented this before, and Scott replied, but I'll say it again-It's too bad I can't get into dry ice blasting. I'm a clean freak.
I have an anxiety disorder, and there' probably isn't an industry of it here in Canada.
Need some slo-mo cleaning action, Matty!
In!
If Scott is the Dryce man are you the Prwash man? 😝
Money doesn’t buy happiness but it can buy a dry ice machine and that’s basically the same thing as far as I can see
Ha, ha... Yep.
A while ago at a local car show I met you and you saw me E36 m3. You told me about the dry ice machine and how effective it was for cleaning the exterior black trim pieces. Is there a way I can pay you or someone to clean those pieces? Or even pay to use the machine and the resources to do it myself? I had the alpine white e36 with 24k miles.
In a few years yeah, right now the tech is just rolling out really. A local detailer should be able to clean your trim to 95% though using steam, brushes, and APC.
Dry ice just gets you to 100% in a fraction of the time is all.
@@andrewcramer7214 Yeah I might just end up using steam, I'm warry to use any chemicals on the trim just in case of bleaching of the molding
@@madarauchiha1218 most good automotive apcs will do just fine on trim. Megs actually has a trim cleaner as well. Never used it but I'm sure it's good

You can check for a Dryce service provider in your area! www.drycenation.com We've sold 70 of these machines and larger units all over the US.
Where do i get one of these machines ??
I have them available in my store: obsessedgarage.com/collections/dry-ice
Can I just take a second to point out that THIS is how you sell used parts? Maybe not necessarily dry ice cleaning if you don't have that capacity - but just taking the time to clean stuff and make it decent? I've recently bought some used parts for a restoration I'm working on, and it looked like it was dragged through the swamp before it was boxed and sent to me....ugh.
Amen
Can you get the machine on a finance package
Obsessed much?
Matts equivalent of a “disaster detail!” .. did you find these in a Barn ?
Ha, ha...
You need a dry ice shed with AC.
What’s the carbon footprint?
About as big as a stegosaurus
10 grand? Time to go make some more money
Can someone explain why that machine costs 9k lol
How the hell did the price of something go down? That’s shocking.
Moving units! It's exciting!!!
Exchange rate helped a lot.
@@ObsessedGarage that makes a lot of sense
