I wasn't buying any modern figures when Trigger was first released, so I missed out on him. I wasn't willing to pay the Ebay prices for one. I was stoked when Vala said he was reissuing Trigger. I ordered one the day they went up, and I've been checking my email everyday this week to see if it's shipped yet. Hopefully, it'll ship tomorrow and be here the middle of next week. I also got a couple of the Garrison Cavalry figures, since I missed out on those too.
I'd love to pick up more Action Force. The one I really want is the re-issue (not version 2) of Bone Collector. I just don't have an affordable option in Canada for them. Getting them from Vala costs me somewhere around $85+ CAD per figure after exchange rate, shipping, and then BS brokerage fees.
@@beesbattlegrounds They do, yeah. I forget what they charge for International shipping. The cheap flat rate ends at the border. I used to have a buddy that would bring things across for me, but he moved back to Canada so that's out now.
Already owned the first version but I might consider getting Series 5 edition too. I just swapped out the ammo pouch vest with a night ops tactical vest and replaced the M249 machine gun with a delta trooper assault rifle with silencer scope. That will be his "Delta Ops" combat uniform.
Honestly with the way trigger looks he totally seems like the kinda guy that would have a horrible trigger tattoo. He looks like he puts creed on full blast while he’s in the vanguard

Great review, love Trigger. There is a great moment in the novel with Trigger drawing the attention of a squad of swarm troopers. I don't care for the tattoo. If it had 'Discipline' under the 50 cals or on the other arm. It would've made sense. 😂

Only things I didn't like about Trigger in general was the tanktop, and not having a forward facing cap as an option. Now I can do something about that. "Mentions the Valaverse Crowd Tattoo Hypocrisy" THANK YOU! I do not get their bitching about that. They shit on Rock n Roll for having his tattoos split up. They're 2 different tattoos. Not every tattoo needs to be a full damn sleeve. Jinx is the only one I can think of who has a full sleeve, and it would look better if the joint was painted, but whatever, its not a big deal.

I wish Vala would consider the idea that not everyone is buying every single figure he makes and that they might want a normal non screaming head for the figure. Then again, the guy seems to actively avoid doing it making things people ask for.
Got to say my Trigger was smooth no stiff joints, Glad people get another chance at him but not enough to buy again. Alt head looks really good maybe should have been included or the new default head to help sell it to the people who own the OG one :P

There's a very weird thing going on with that new trigger head, I noticed when Bobby Vala showed the render but thought it might be perspective. His lower jaw is sculpted to be too much forward, basically it's over the upper teeth. So weird
