Namaste Ryleigh, Basantapur being one of the most visited place (like a junction) for me and my friend, it's good to see a traveller experiencing some of the great crafts by Nepalese people. You somehow reminded many people including myself to play one of the oldest game of Nepal i.e. Baghchal as we are moving away from our own culture. I guess you missed actual side of museum which was located near Sweta Bhairav Temple. Lastly, I want everyone to see humble, helpful and kind side of Nepalese people and convey a message that Nepal is one of the most peaceful country in the world. Welcome to Nepal 🙏🙏
Wow Ryleigh What a mesmerizing video. The traditional game with the locals took me to an immersive experience. It seemed that we were actually with you participating in the trip.
The first taxi driver was referring to Bhaktapur Darbar Square and hence asking for Nrs 2000 which is the fair price because it’s more than 4 times further away than to the Kathmandu Darbar Square. Two different places. Btw there’re a third one as well Patan Darbar Square. Please do not get confused and mixed up ❤️🙏
Namaste Rayleigh, I hope you like my country Nepal and have a great time whilst you’re here. Like everywhere else you might experience positive and negative moments however, please take all the positive ones and forget the rest ❤

Hi, Ryliegh Jayne Namaste, I recommend you to visit my country freely wherever you want and enjoying different taste of several varieties of food, travelogue, transport in low price and if you require any assistance for anything don't hesitate to explain us on here we are forever ready.
You should definitely visit these mandatory places: 1. Kathmandu Durbar Square 2. Bhaktapur Durbar Square 3. Patan Durbar Square 4. Swoymbhunath (Monkey Temple) 5. Pashupatinath I’m soon travelling to Australia and would love to know cool places. Enjoy Nepal!!

Scenic Railway Blue Mountains Let me know if you need any more recommendations I listed 99% Sydney places there is so much more to see than just what’s in Sydney but I wasn’t really sure where you are visiting 😊 I hope you have the best time in Australia 🙏
I think Pashupatinath isn't for tourist. People cremate bodies there so unless you're Hindu lol . Few missing places Chandragiri Cable Car, Boudhanath Stupa, Nagarkot,
Also bauddhanath one of the coolest and biggest stupa in the world...also chandragiri hills and nagarkot if you have time to witness best sunrise and sunset view with the mountains in the background if weather helps you..
Besides Kathmandu and Pokhara places, you can also visit Chitwan Sauraha , which is a part of the national park. You can enjoy most of the wild life and nature there. You also can take a ride on elephant 🐘 and suffari jeep there.
Many congratulations for your first 100k. Nepal for sure gave you love in abundance, can't wait for more of Nepal vlogs. Warm welcome and keep shining, happy travels fellow Aussie mate❣️

Hi Ryleigh, I suggest you absolutely do not miss Bhaktapur Durbar Square :) the architecture there is just stunning and if you're lucky there may be some Dhime/jatra performance in the courtyard or alleyways. I would ask the ticket booth staff or locals around if there are any special performances happening anytime soon. It's very awe-inspiring to witness the Newar bands celebrations up close and personal. You should take a day to explore the museum in Patan Durbar Square and if time allows the museum in Bhaktapur Durbar Square as well. The Patan museum is completely part of the actual palace of Patan, same with Bhaktapur one! I highly recommend you don't miss the Patan museum. If you're on the hunt for good food you really don't have to look far, there are looots of cafes and restaurants right inside Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Squares. If you've never had buffalo before I highly highly recommend the Buffalo burger in Mo:Mo King Rooftop restaurant and also their Chatamari and Wo: (might be written as Bara in the menu). I am also recommending this restaurant because it has 5 levels and all the top levels overlook the Square so the view is to die for! In Bhaktapur Durbar Square there is a small restaurant right outside the square entrance called Kaustav or Newari Kitchen. I recommend going there to try their Wo: (It's bara on the menu again) and the Lungs fry with their special sauce. Anyways this is all my suggestions from my visit there recently. Good luck and I wish you have a good experience.
I hope you had a good trip, and I would recommend visiting Pokhara also. I hope your time in Nepal is filled with many more amazing adventures. Thank you for visiting our little country, Nepal.

I am in Sydney since 2020, and the place where she visited is where I was born. I was overwhelmed and felt proud when she was surprised and amazed with the places and architecture. Just like people in Nepal, people here in Australia are very kind to you, that's what i felt since I arrived here. Thank you for visiting our country and being an advocate for other tourists.
Was about to say you should do a collab with Luke while both of you are there. Got surprised & absolutely stocked to see him there near the end lol. Also great video!!! P.s. watching my hometown from your hometown 🇳🇵🇦🇺😂.
Thanks for visiting Nepal 🇳🇵 it is the most beautiful country in the world. People is very friendly and so fun to talk to. I’ve enjoyed watching your vlog!
You explored only a small part of the museum. There was a courtyard inside and there were some other buildings where you can explore. Mostly Newari (indigenous people of Kathmandu valley) architecture if you are interested. Also you can take the video of the courtyard and architecture of the palace where Kumari (the living goddess) resides. You just can't film or take photo of Kumari when she shows herself through the window but during Indra Jatra (festival of Kathmandu valley locals; celebrated from end of september to second or third day of october ), she tours the area in chariot, at that time you can take pictures or video of her as well. Hope you will enjoy your stay at Nepal and welcome to Nepal
Thankyou So much for exploring our Beautiful country Nepal🇳🇵& I Wish you have a Nice Journey in Nepal... Nepalese people are so kindly and helpful... Hey Guys let's hit 50k subscribers from the Nepal ❤😊
it would be great if you had visited with guides. ima tourism student myself.i was there with my teacher and he explained me each and everything so greatly like i was visiting a whole different place even though i had visited that place like more than 100 times in my life.that place has a great history.
I will try to get a guide next time to explore more history 😊🙏 I liked going alone just because it’s easier to connect with more people and do spontaneous things like play board games if the opportunity arises. Thanks for watching and for the suggestion!

Thank you so much! 😊🙏
Thank you so much for your in depth comment! That is so great to know, I really appreciate you educating me on that! 😊🙏
you have already paid so u can visit for 7 days by getting a pass. u can visit the museum later on too

it would be great if you had visited with guides. ima tourism student myself.i was there with my teacher and he explained me each and everything so greatly like i was visiting a whole different place even though i had visited that place like more than 100 times in my life.that place has a great history.
I will try to get a guide next time to explore more history 😊🙏 I liked going alone just because it’s easier to connect with more people and do spontaneous things like play board games if the opportunity arises. Thanks for watching and for the suggestion!

There are 3 durbar squares. at first the driver was asking Bhaktapur durbar square, you said yes which is about 13km from Thame. the durbar square you are looking for is only 1km from Thamel. another durbar square in Patan Lalitpur.👍
Oh no! That makes sense. I thought the taxi driver was a scam. Thanks for letting us all know what happened.
Ah! Good to know. Thank you! 🙏
