What should I do if my camera goes offline frequently

Can’t they be shut down or put off line directly from the app? It’s impossible to find

My Ezviz cam is usually disarmed temporarily, so what should I do?

Problem : if the cams goes offline and I can't have temporary access to cam . how to reboot/restart remotely? And when use EZVIZ base it's not possible to change the WIFI channel between cam and base , for set BC1C Kit.
