- The Adams administration announced Monday that all residential buildings with 1-9 units will be required to put their trash in containers as of Nov. 12. CBS New York's Zinnia Maldonado reports.

Bins look very small. Each bin will hold one bag? How many bins would a building need? Is it really about rats or another way to milk money out of people. Because regular people will end up paying for this.
That is the whole point. It’s not about rats. It’s all about making money.

Someone walked off with my brown compost bin that came out ages ago. I tried getting another one for yard waste, etc. Nope. Kfine, that all goes out in the regular garbage now.
