- In a game full of big runs, the No. 17 North Carolina Tar Heels outlasted the Florida State Seminoles by a score of 78-70. RJ Davis once again led all scorers with 27 points on 8-17 shooting with 5 assists and 3 rebounds while Armando Bacot chipped in another double-double with 13 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks in the win. The 'Noles put together an 18-6 run that spanned halftime and allowed them to build a 13-point 2nd half lead, but the Tar Heels responded with a 31-11 run of their own, holding off FSU for the win.
This heels team got that fight in them that were missing last year 💯

This was like the old time Tarheels. Dean Smith could have them down by 15 and bring them back every time. It makes you pull your hair out but sure does make for exciting games.

Last couple years this team would have folded. And they would have been content to lose by double digits even at home. It's sweet to see a Carolina team have a patent Carolina come back in the second half. Everybody's doing some nice things. Hopefully they can keep this toughness going. And another thing who told Jim boeheim it was a good idea for him to be an announcer. I know he's old but is it just me or did he sound drunk ? Anyway go heels

Cadeau needs to settle down. Right now he needs to just run the offense and stop trying to score. He's definately not ready for scoring yet.....he's kind of all over the place right now and needs to settle down. He's extreamly eager and coach Davis really needs to harness him a bit. It's written that Page is coaching him. Page was an awesome guard. I feel that RJ Davis would be a good mentor for Cadeau.
He needs to more of dawg as far as being a scoring threat like Rj him runnin the offense will come natural to him cuz he’s already the best playmaker on the team that man ain’t tryna play all 4 years at Carolina he’s a five star for a reason he tryna be at least a 2 and done or dat man is gone be anotha transfer victim at Carolina and dats only gonna hurt Carolina rep when gettin big time recruits like him it’s a reason why Carolina is da least recruit appeal compared to other blue blood schools
He was 3 of 5 from the field. What are you talking about trying to score? He shot the ball only 5 times and 3 were driving layups that he easily scored on. Do you not want him to take any shots during the game?😂 A couple of those driving lay-ups were huge late in the game.
