Splitting international outbound money transfers for the same purchase item or any other purpose is illegal in Congo and any other part of the world (in principal) - Standard AML principle. Please exercise caution, as there may be unfavourable consequences.
Your bank should have recommended that you "apply for a license," and there are various types available. Then you can transfer the amount you intend to send....

oohhhhh i wasn't told that! thank you for advising, its actually the local bank who told me to that but thank you for advising i'll be more cautious moving forward, sadly in congo there's no clear laws written anywhere to follow, I just do what im told and learn as I go.
