Should I use less weight when using dumbbells than on the EZ bar as I found it tough using the same weight on the dumbbells 💪 thanks for the great workouts been using your videos for about 3 weeks now you also gained a new subscriber. Keep up the good work 🏋🏻
Thank you David! 🤝 Less weight with the dumbbells sounds good, I would 👍 Then slowly up the weight over time as you get stronger.💪 A good rule to go by is if you can't perform the exercise with proper form and control then the weight is too heavy. Keep up the good work! 👊
