    Thank you gentlemen excellant job. My favorite roast is Vienna espresso both with slab butter and without. A barrista taught me how to reproduce.espresso Vienna and I don't think I've ever had a more delicious coffee since having visited Vienna in 1980 on a bicycle tour. Thanks to the simple directions given for pour over coffee I'm now hooked! Again my sincere thanks. I NOW KNOW WHAT I WANT. I WANT A CHARCOAL ROASTED ORGANIC ARABICA WHOLE BEAN COFFEE. DELIGHTFUL LICORICE TOP NOTES. BLESS YOU AND YOUR THOROUGH COVERAGE OF A COMPLICATED ART.😅😅😂❤

    Arabica or robosta ?
    Electro roasters or wood roasters for better taste and flovor?

      Generally I would say Arabica has a lighter fruitier flavour, Robusta is an earthier, heavier flavour. In regards to roasters, my personal preference and the preference of my customers is wood roasted, or charcoal roasted over electro roasted. Wood roasted adds a smokiness and a smoothness to the flavour, electro roasting doesn't tend to add anything, however the flavour difference between ways of roasting can be a very subjective thing.

    What would be the weight of the coffee you would use on a typical roast?

      Well some of the big commercial coffee roasters have 30kg coffee roasters, some even bigger. Once my charcoal roastery is up and running, we would be looking at 5-10kg at a time.
