Hau mitakuyape . I pray 4 the blessings of Wakan Tanka , Great Spirit, Creator of Life, Almighty God, Yahweh on you and your children, grandchildren, and future generations! Doksha ahke . Till my heart feels you again brothers! Wanu wyee. I'm always here. Send a reply.

Hau mitakuyape : My brothers, I greet you once more to give you a short but powerful message. I pray to Wakan Tanka , Great Spirit, according to the ancient book the Great Spirit, and Creator of All Life his name is Yahweh according to the original ancient language. He's not this great mystery as some of our people have believed and have taught. So when you offer up prayer say his holy name. When someone acknowledges you personally by name they are giving you respect. In turn when we acknowledge Yahweh by his name we are now showing him the respect he deserves , as we all do brothers! Yahweh has a son. He's a great leader and warrior of the people that will be saved when the end comes. In order 2 be heard by Yahweh The Father we must go thru ir pray thru Yahweh's son , leader and warrior of his fathers people his name being Christ Jesus. So when you pray brothers 2 Yahweh The Father always say , in Jesus name I pray, and Yahweh will listen 2 your prayer and words. What I'm about 2 tell you is the short and simple message I wanted 2 give 2 you brothers. Here it is: " The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. Wisdom is something our oyate / people and tiyoshpae have searched for through years, decades, and centuries. Fear Yahweh knowing that he is the Lifegiver and he can take life away from us. Last thing I wanted 2 tell you is, " be true 2 who you are" ! Never allow anyone 2 force you 2 change who you are. Always be true 2 yourself first and others second. If you're doing time then do it like a man , like a warrior ! Always conduct yourselves with bravery, courage, dignity, honor , and respect! Do the time , don't let the time do you! Have respect 4 the whashichu ( whiteman) in the prison. Show him you are worthy 2 be let loose 2 be set free and fly like an eagle. Stay true 2 yourselves, in doing so you stay true 2 one another there , and more importantly you stay true 2 your oyate/ people , your families, your wives, your children, grandchildren. I pray Yahweh The Great Spirit blesses each and everyone of you now and in the future. May Yahweh bless your familes as well. Hau mitakuyape . I was born a whashichu / whitefamily ., the road of life brought me 2 where I am and who I am today, I am, " Angel With Tatoos" , I am Oglala Lakota, Mitakuye Oyasin, brothers we are all relatives ! Doksha ahke , till my heart greets you again!

Chief Red Cloud said of whashichu / Whiteman: They made us many promises , they didn't keep. Too many to remember. One promise they made to us they kept: They promised to take our land away. They kept that promise!

    • @emilsabatini4038
      @emilsabatini4038 Год назад +1

Pray this way : Tunkashila / grandfather Yahweh . In Jesus name , Omakya yo , omakya yo ., help me, help me.
Lakota people believe life is a circle. Stand within the circle , not on it ! When we stand within the circle we allow for the natural rotation of life , when we stand on the circle we are interrupting the rotation of life around us and more likely 2 get hurt.
Doksha ahke , till my heart greets you once again my brothers! Remember mitakuye oyasin means we are brothers / relatives. Never forget who you are . Never forget where and who you came from, your oyate , people ,forefathers and the price they paid for you! Be true 2 yourself and who are brothers. Never allow anyone 2 force you 2 change who you are in the eyes of Wakan Tanka / Yahweh. When you keep your culture, tradition, upbringing, ways of life and pass them on to your children then you remember who you are!

Thank you for posting this. I have been looking and waiting a long time. This film was created in the 80s. I first saw a DVD recording of it when I was in addiction treatment in 2003. When it began the part about Oregon State Prison, I began to hold my breath, and then when I saw him I cried out, in front of all the strangers around me! There was my husband Duck Weeks (sitting alongside watching the guys card playing) He looked so young and handsome. Also there was his good friend Tubby Eggsman., And today, on Ducks birthday, I finally find it out on RUclips, what a gift. Duck walked on in 1991, and it is so good to see him again. Thank you ever so for posting this film of the Indigenous men supporting one another in the prisons. ~ Blessings ❤

I’m not NA. I was destroyed, filled with hate, and void of hope. I didn’t believe in God but prayed anyways hopeless. I prayed help out of my hopeless state of self hate. Within hours Creator showed me the Sacred Hoop. I was almost immediately grounded and oriented. Now I pray for the world and express gratitude. Native Culture is reality. Reality that includes relationship with the Universe and Creator.

Turtle island is a northeast woodlands belief. Lenape were the first recorded with the belief the land was a large turtle.
For Central America I recommend the legend of sihuanaba.
Most indigenous do sweat lodges for spiritual cleansing. The Aztecs, Mayans, Navajo, Quechua Amerindians all do sweat lodge. You can look into that it’s an interesting experience is what I hear.

I went to sweat lodge once a month. They had it every Sunday, but I would only go once a month.
When the elder ask “why you only come ever few weeks”?
I told him, I come closest to the full moon, when the power is greatest.
He said “oh, I was going to tell you not to come anymore, we thought you were trying to get away with something (criminal probably), but you can still come”
Those guy were awesome, probably helped me more than anyone in the prison system.

This documentary showed how spirituality can you change my hearts of men and women I I have never met a person who has been in prison that wasn't abused as a child in one fashion or another if they want to change the prison system they need to address what happened to these people before they went to prison and he'll that part of the person that's how you rehabilitate somebody instead of teaching them how to be a better Criminal for a more ruthless inmate can you give the Persian a reason to change and restore their self-respect their dignity and their love and their love give them their spirituality enjoy give them hope

It's not so much about raising awareness of all the challenges and troubles, outsiders have been throwing fix-it solutions and money at us for many years with little to no effectiveness. The only way our people will rise is through Creator, through standing up and helping ourselves, helping one another. Prayer is powerful.

      WARUM?

Isn't it funny how people can grow from bad experiences and become better because of them?
Can't know the back without the good.
Some people experience trauma and need to get healing through medicine like this.
Prison is a way of God settling them down enough to meet God.
