Container avocados dropping? Summer update on my potted plants

My container grown avocados have fruited and are doing a little self thinning. Lots of casualties, but we still have fruit hanging. Hopefully they will hold until they are properly ripened!
These trees are either on their 3rd or 2nd year and I will be letting them hold their fruit, if they are willing, to slow them down a bit as I want to delay up potting them past 25 gal pots.
We are in SoCal zone 10A.
