- After two years of sleeping on the Grand Prairie food scene. I finally got a taste of two different restaurants in inconspicuous locations. These two food gems might be popular to the locals, but as a visitor you would be hard pressed to find delicious food in a convenience store. The Passion Cafe located inside the Amigos C-Store you can get your Cheesesteak, Wings, and Turkey leg fix as well as weekly specials (Soul Food). As for Pacheco Taco N Burger which you can find inside the Save Way Food Mart. You can get your burgers and tacos loaded with home comfort and cooking. Try HCK Hot Chicken in Fort Worth! I tried their spiciest sauce and my soul left my body lol! But the actual chicken and fries are really good and flavorful. The chicken and waffles are good too 😊

@@TheFoodGuyde their Dominican empanadas, goat stew, pernil (pork dish), beans were fire as well. I’m from Guam but this place really stuck out to me when I ate there. Real hole in the wall but man their food just hit. My favorite dish was called sancocho. Let me know when you plan on eating there and I’ll hit up the owner so I can treat you to a couple things on me. 🤙🏾🍾
