I have been watching build videos for 2 years now, but I want you to know that this one finally made me buy my own motorcycle and start a project, I have no idea how I'm going to complete it, but it will be fun. Your video is very informative and I will surely use it as a guideline for my build. I bought a '07 YBR 125 and will build an urban scrambler, also black with gold details. So, thanks again for posting this video, exactly what I needed. Cheers and all the best from Croatia. ^^
I am really glad I was able to inspire you and make you want to start your own project! Thanks a lot for sharing :) There is a list of the parts I used on my website for YBR build if it can help you, I can also get you a 5% off coupon off those parts if you want ;) Cheers :)
Usually I hate this type of modification, but I thank you from all of my heart that you take bikes that are in a bad shape and you transform them. We know it's harder work, but some of us appreciate that you don't pick up good condition bikes for your project and ruin their originality.

Recognised the Mitas H-06 tyres on the wheels. I use one on the rear of my 305cc 2 stroke café racer. The tyre tread pattern (as the Barum H-06) dates back to the 1960's and was the OEM fitment for the quite fast Jawa 50-23 Mustang sports 50cc (48 MPH top speed before tuning), Velorex sidecar wheels and Velorex 3 wheeled cars. They give excellent grip in both dry and wet weather without vices. They tend to be the common choice for 1970's classic 2 stroke owners too and they closely resemble both the 1970's Avon Roadrunner and 1970's Pirelli Mandrake tyres in shape and appearance.
In Brazil we have this model the Yamaha Ybr 125cc, and I always thought it would be a perfect model for this type of customization. But our traffic laws and regulations do not allow our owners to have the right to change a screw, so we ride around with dull motorcycles and no personality. Congratulations on your project, it was awesome.
