tl;dr: we are all getting Steam Decks sooner than I thought! On August 15th Valve announced that they had increased the number of emails in each batch. At the time of upload, I was not sure exactly how much they had increased it. The point is, my prediction was too low, the queue is moving slightly faster than I thought. As I write this, the best time for the US 64 queue is 1634074320. About 20 hours, 38 minutes, and 40 seconds better than what I said in this video. In my own case, the increase in speed is probably not enough to change the date when I get my email. I'm still expecting August 29th or September 1st.
512 is the slowest of the US 64 queues. I think Valve expected more people to buy 64s. I think you'll get your email in either Monday's batch or the one after.
@@matthewcherrington2634 Not sure which calculator you mean, but if it's the one I think you should disregard it because it's very wrong. In fact, its own website says to ignore it now.
For both our sakes, I hope you are right about your estimation because I ordered December 2021. This would mean I’m just as close, if not even closer. Based on the subreddit data I don’t doubt it’ll be soon. Wishing luck!
@@MeepWasTaken I'm currently expecting Aug-22 to have the biggest jump so far, then things will slow down for a little while. There was a surge in orders once the first reviews came out. If you moved 43% today, you'll definitely get your email Monday.
My own estimation based on Fammy's data was very accurate, my email came 1 batch earlier. However, the Steam Deck Calculator website has been discontinued because of its inaccuracy, I wouldn't use it. Use GetMyDeck instead.
@@sudologic yeh thats the one i've been using and it says is based on fammys data .. it's just i've been moved up so fast i thought it was to good to be true . thanks for the answer ... i just watched your 1tb mod vid too .. 👍👍sick
Valve recently said that everyone who placed reservations before a couple weeks ago will get their Decks before the end of 2022. I still suspect that a huge portion of Q4 reservations will get bumped to Q3

The queue reached mid-October 2021 today. You'll probably get your email on Monday!
@@sudologic Yeah, Check My Deck jumped me from 20% to 63% today. If not Monday, next Thursday for sure :D

is your profile pic supposed to be a combine logo?
That's one influence yes. The other was the droid dataport from Star Wars.
