No one is a bigger SX fan than me, and even I have come to realize that Symphony X is dead. Their last album was released in 2015 for cryin' out loud! That's EIGHT freakin' years ago! They release an album. Then tour. Then lose all momentum. I used to think that Romeo was the problem. But not anymore. The man has single handedly carried the torch for the last eight years. It's time for him to move on. Gather new players. Form a new band. And get on with making great music while he's still young enough to do it and still has fans left.
Seems their website is down!! That sucks! I saw the 3 times the last tours they had and the 25 year anniversary latest tour was amazing!!! Like a different experience. Eager to see DGM live in the east coast

Supposedly at that time they were in the planning stage for recording a new album. Nuclear Blast has reported that tracking for a new record is almost complete. But there are rumors that not all is well in the camp. So who knows? As a longtime member of The Edge of Forever fan list, I can assure you that they keep even their most avid fans completely in the dark.

Settacolari. Simone ha raggiunto un livello "gigantesco". E' irriproducibile......e sono pochi i chitarristi che lo sono.IL bassista è mostruoso. Ascolatre le sue linee di basso è allucinante....Non da meno il batterista....una drum machine da tanto che è preciso. E la voce?....ne vogliamo parlare......????? Spettacolo. Senza contare la qualità di registrazione dell'album.... Superlativo. Forse, ...chissà, ....avrebbero bisogno di una promozione diversa per vederli live maggiormente......

I grow SO weary of people throwing the prog label on bands that do little more than throw a few intricate parts together in a way that makes little musical sense - THANK GOD FOR BANDS LIKE DGM THAT ACTUALLY LIVE UP TO THE IDEALS OF PROG!! Can't wait for this new release!
Remember that in a distant era of Rock Music (70's and 80's) the term Prog for a band was kind of diminutive and Now we can celebrate with our Prog bands because they're being recognized So wear Your Prog Brand with Pride.
Ragazzi che pezzo!! Davvero complimenti. Un sound fresco e canzone davvero davvero interessante. Fantastiche chitarra e tastiera quando si doppiano in sincrono nell’assolo attorno il minuto 4.12”. Davvero bravi!! Ottima band. Curioso di sentire l’intero album. Piccolo aneddoto.. nell’estate del ‘98 col mio gruppo di allora, suonammo assieme in provincia di Reggio Emilia.
