We have two buildings in society with different registrations.preiously gas pipe connection space was given to C1 building.in 2011 Then after 3 years C2 buliding is constructed in 2015 .
In 2022 Dec mngl connection was installed by C1. Now C2 building society members claiming the space of gas pipeline connection give to C1 society by builder in 2024. And due this C2 building society started putting garbage in half portion of the space .which is objected by C1 flat holder who belongs the flat near that Gas connection, but C2 society is ignoring the same and continued to put the garbage. How can legally fight with the C2 society...?

आम्ही जागा मालक आहे.2016साली बिल्डर ला बांधकाम एग्रीमेंट करून दिले.2018 ला बांधकाम मुदत संपली होती.आता कंप्लीशन केल आहे. बिल्डर
जागा मालकांना फ्लॅट विकण्यास परवानगी देत नाही.सोसायटी स्थापन करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न चालू आहेत.जागामालक यांना फ्लॅट विकण्यास सोसायटी मनाई करु शकते का?

बिल्डर ने DECLARATION OF APARTMENT दिले आहे.
आम्हाला को ऑप सोसायटी हवी आहे.
अजून handover घेतले नाही. Total Flat 324 आहेत. बिल्डर ला सोसायटी registration not interested.
काय करायला हवे?
कारण इथे मेंटेनन्स जमा होणार नाही अपार्टमेंट लॉ नुसार.

अजून काही सुविधा कामे बाकी आहेत.अशा वेळी जर सोसायटी फॉर्म केली.तर मेंटेनन्स भरावा लागेल.आधीच 2 वर्षाचा मेंटेनन्स भरलेला आहे. सगळी कामे पूर्ण झाल्याशिवाय सोसायटी स्थापन करायला तयार नाहीत.काय करावे.बिल्डर ची ईच्छा आहे..304 फ्लॅट ची एक सोसायटी करायची .पण आम्ही म्हणतो 6 बिल्डिंग ची 6सोसायटी हवी.काय करावे ?

बिल्डर चुकीचा असल्यास आम्ही काम घेत नाही. मात्र बिल्डर जर सदनिका धारकांच्या हितासाठी काही करत असेल तर आम्ही काम करतो.. तुमची सोसायटी कोणती कळवा. तुमच्यासोबत मिटिंग घेऊन गैरसमज दूर करू
