Jessie, memory lane I remember every project. When it comes to the last child parents are better off and they also get the easy going parents. Your hubby puts together things like it's a piece of cake. I bet everyone calls him.
I really liked this video. It was cool to see all of the changes and get your thoughts on them without it being a 2 or 3 hour marathon. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do this year!
Thank you for including the whole brick masonry segment. My back step is embarrassing and I was worried about the cost to have a stone mason or contractor redo. Now I see that it can be done by myself.
It was so easy! We reused the bricks. Angle grinder to remove crappy crumbling mortar. Mix up new mortar- instructions on bag! And reapply mortar around under etc. It seems so scary. We went to our local brick store and got mortar color match and asked any other questions - of course we had my dad to supervise and help but 100% doable diy to repair ourselves.
This was so much fun! Watching all the transformations you and your husband have done. You have a beautiful home and I know you'll be transforming many things more in the coming years because that's the beauty of owning a home! You can always change things around. Thanks for the walk down memory lane!!
What a great transformation👍So many ideas I'd also love to do. I definitely also will be trying out a gravel patio here in my garden. Your sisters one turned out so beautiful (by the way did you also notice the little Frog hopping under the table at 28.01 minutes 🐸😆) I stumbled upon your channel and enjoyed this video... Look forward to seeing more from you hopefully soon. Greetings from Germany 😊
Thank You! They some thing called landscaping glue you can put on the rocks to hold them in place a little but it still allows drainage etc. Pea gravel paths and patios are so pretty!
People use cardboard all the time in their landscaping and under their raised garden. That didn’t seem strange to me at all. I can’t believe how much Malcolm has grown! And don’t feel guilty about your older kids. They have lots and lots of nice things! Their entire upstairs is so great! You’ve made it specifically for them and any friends that want to come hang out! Just all the special snacks and food you choose for them at the grocery store I know my kids would’ve loved all that. And they’ve traveled. Been to tea in London. It’s so obvious to anyone that you two are wonderful, thoughtful and very loving parents. Even though you got an early start, you’re succeeding! And I know you said you wanted to have another baby to be able to do and buy for it like you wanted to for your older kids but couldn’t afford it. Jesse, just enjoy it. It’s so hard to not worry and feel the guilt… I know. I loved this long video and the compilation. Your voice is very relaxing. Take care!!😊
Another RUclipsr does the hanging baskets and she suggested to hand them from a chain then you will have an easier time water them. Her name is Amy Fritz.
Weed barrier in gardens is the worse. The so called little holes for water and air to get through get clogged with dirt and debris. Better to use cardboard and mulch alone.
I don't really love that idea since it will create ruts in the grass area and it won't look as nice as a gravel extension to park on. Plus Mt husband gets a ton of big deliveries so we plan on expanding the width of the driveway more to accommodate the tractor trailers that back up to the big shop out back
What a sweet sister you are! God bless you! I love helping my family also!
Aww thank you!

I have a feeling this is The Best of Jessie Outdoors. What would you like for Mother's Day? Best wishes.
Yesss exactly! Live and learn version 1 haha.
@@JessieLifestyleAtHome I will take a look for that and see how I can send it to you.

Instead of ripping out the grass and putting in more driveway for parking, can't your guests just park on the grass?
