Hi bro .. one small doubt , I bought my iPhone 13 Pro on may 2022 and I replaced the phone last month under apple care+ due to accident damage. They told its eligible for full unit replacement and sent the phone to Banglore and replaced a different phone with model number starting with ‘N’. I checked the serial number and it shows that the replacement mobile was purchased on may 2022. So will it be a new phone or they would have refurbished the broken iPhone I gave them to claim apple care+ because I purchased my mobile on may 2022 only. Please let me know

hello bro. only for iPhone we can apply it within 1 year bro. for mac products its same 60 days limit. I hope they bring the same extended coverage for mac in future. but right now its limited to 60 days.

We can login only with one apple id under settings - profile section at the top bro. we may use second apple id for appstore. but the one in settings - your profile section is the primary apple id.

Protect + is not officially from Apple. I contacted apple support and they aren’t aware about this and they said Apple support is only for care and care plus
Yes bro. it is offered only at apple service centers. which apple customer support itself recommends as Servify authorised by apple india sells it. Apple customer support can only activate applecare+ if the device is within 60 days. more than that and if we need protection, we need to check with service centers to get protect+.

1. Apple Protect + is not officially from Apple. It is provided by a third party called Servify.
2. Apple Care + is officially from Apple. Which means Apple Care + can be used anywhere in the world.
3. Apple Care + also provides unlimited incidents (not 2 per year).
4. Apple Officially has ONLY Apple Care & Apple Care +

1. Servify is apple india authorised seller who was selling applecare+ for past few years. When I talked to apple customer support for applecare 4999 plan, they said its discontinued and directed me to contact servify for activating warranty for a device after 60 days limit. Which they wont be able to activate applecare+.
2. Yes, applecare+ is officially from apple. Servify also mentioned it as global coverage, will check and share more details about it to clarify. But its worth to consider when people ask for an insurance policy that is similar to applecare+ but they cant apply it as they crossed 60 days limit.
3. Yes, agreed. They have updated the terms few months before. Thanks for correcting me. Will update myself regarding that.
4. Appelcare is discontinued and only Applecare+ is available.
iPlanet needs no promotion as they are authorised Apple Reseller Stores. I havent done any sponsored videos and get money for promoting a store till date and have no idea doing it in future too. They helped me providing this information and I gave a heads up to let customers nearby check the service center.

Slight correction brother protect plus is NOT from Apple .
AppleCare replacement is only once a year and not twice. So over 2 years you can claim a free replacement once a year ( complete replacement) and I have been using this for several years now and trust me it’s a life saver. You don’t need to pay a penny. Walk into an Apple Store and walk out with a fresh phone ( refurbished for the most part yet a brand new one with 100% battery)
They are using AppleCare Services packaging and Icons at servify website bro. I do understand its from Servify, but they handle it the same way applecare services does. Will seek some clarification about that too.
Also applecare+ itself now allows us unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection during the warranty coverage period bro. I referred old document i think.
