You did what I would have done. Looks like a good repair. You can look at the tools as an investment they cost but you saved 5 grand and you still have the tools. Enjoy your videos
Years ago I borrowed a Fein Oscillating tool from a friend to cut some ceramic tile out along the toe kick in kitchen; that thing worked awesome!! Finally got my own, for my Makita batteries, some years ago and use it all the time!! They are great tools!!
The last repair on my 6115 M i couldn`t do by myself because of missing software about power-quad valve. I did some trading with Deere Co to get the bill payed. Happy New Year 😉
Yeah hopefully we are successful here in the USA with getting the software available to farmers and mechanics to work on our own tractors. Our commodity groups have been lobbying the lawmakers to get it done
This is why I like the mini loaders better easier to work on more comfortable to operate and more capable in a lot of areas more do then a skidsteer. I love both but my 2 cat mini loaders I’ve fallen in love with especially for moving snow
looks great, are you experiencing any slower flows? Those 90 degree fitting look like they cut the diameter in half. One hose looked to be a return hose by the band clamp on it but the other was clearly a pressure hose, just wondering cuz I have a SR210 with the same problem but it will drain the entire hydro fluid tank as fast as you can fill it.
Nice job you putting a sock on the lines will help out also. Seems like your hydraulic lines are more expensive there than here. Happy new year see ya.
Nice video.. I'm sure you're glad you didn't have to spend all that money for some mechanic to do the job, you did good, plus gotten yourself some extra tools too. Happy New Year to you and yours. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉👍👍😉🇺🇸
Now you can get back to the best part of owning a skid steer- using it! You will curse at yourself if that clip on nut ever gets rusted and shears off on the belly plate though.
The clip on nut snaped on my strap that holds my gas tank on. Can't even get in their to cut the head of the bolt off....so I cut a hole under the back seat
The engineers who designed this will probably never turn a wrench. Nice work

Thx! Ordered the new wrenches so I will have for the next job or be able to loan them out to someone doing a similar job.
Milwaukee to the rescue baby! Congrats on getting that done 👍🏻
I’m glad everything worked out. I sure enjoy my Case skiddy and hope yours gives you many years of enjoyment!

I'm sure I will find many uses for mine as well
Much respect for doing this yourself. 👌👌👌 Let's Go Br@ndon!!!
Let's go Brandon! Agree. LOL
Great video, you overcame obstacle and WON!
Fair play, you have the patience of a Saint, great video 👍👍

Thats a beautiful skid steer.looks well looked after
There ain't enough room to cuss a cat without getting your mouth full of hair in there..good work. You are right about the engineers
I scrape the rust off the bottom of the Skidsteer and apply some undercoating.

we always put never seize on nuts and bolts.and copper kote battery connections

I have not noticed reduced flows but I don't use it every day. The most I do is pick up a ton of wood pellets.
Good video.
Thx!
muy interesante me ayuda mucho tu video yo tengo un sv300 similar pero en algunas cosas son diferentes

Seems like I never get away for less than $100 when having a line made. But it is Maryland where everything is expensive
@@FarmerMD Hi thinking things over I have not bought a line in a few years so maybe I'm in for a shock. I know I need 2 10ft soon.

I did put some anti-seize on it so we shall see

Who is Jeffrey ?? Haven't seen him on any videos, thx for the video Happy New year, hope it's not like the last one.
He's a friend and mechanic and someone that helps me on the farm when needed. He has been in some previous videos. Thx for watching
You gots bloudaviruss. Get mask on now. 😆 Thanks Florida Joe.
If I thought a mask would prevent bloudaviruss I would certainly put one on!
I think one of the requirements for an engineer to get a job is to prove they can put 10 pounds of crop in a 2 pound box... lol
Sorry, auto correct... 10 pounds of Crap
and they do a great job at it!
I don't blame I would have fixed it myself save that money that was too high.
What kind of hydraulic fluid does it use?
I think it takes Case #1 Engine oil 10w-30 in the hydraulic system but check with your dealer 1st
My sv185 motoroil Pipe comes out leftside of filter
NOT " RONA " .....That's " BARK "
trade that off on a melroe.they invented skidsteers and r made in merica
Melroe hasn't made a skid steer since the 70s. That Case was made in Wichita, Kansas.
Will you take out your family because of money saving!
Shhh - I'm not telling them how much I saved if you don't!
