i think that is probablly the only real life GT4 circuit that still exists besides the Tokyo Freeway tracks and Monaco Seattle changed streets, Tokyo Route 246 had to change the stadium for 2020 olympics and Seoul remolded the entire city center
How about Paris? Two circuits waiting for you to drive on. And they're not far apart from each other. From the short straight opposite to pit straight in Opera, you could see the Arc de Triomphe (sp.), that roundabout is the long sweeper in George V.
I'm Italian and visited Assisi when I was very young, and made good memories there with my friends. When I played Città Di Aria in GT4 years later I recognized it instantly, I was so happy to see Assisi there! I still wonder why they didn't call it Assisi in first place since it's just so similar.

Tokyo R246 is real, Opera Paris and George V Paris are real (and down the road from eachother), GT5 Rome and GT2 Rome are real and overlap with eachother, New York is real (The GT and Forza New York overlap with eachother)! The only one I haven't mapped out on Google is Costa di Amalfi but I assume it would be real too! 😊

And, you also forget hongkong and seoul (both of them are real streets as well). Meanwhile, Seattle's case is different because you couldn't drive in the game layout because of a change on the street

Well, Gt ever have a great cure for details, for example, on gt5 there is a photo mode, one of the stage of this mode is Piazza del Campo on city of Siena, and outside the zone you can place the car for taking picture, there's a small street where is an ice cream shop, well if you go on google maps and go on "via Rinaldini", a street nearly the square, you can find that ice cream shop.

Very interesting video. However, there was one thing that didn't add up to me. Starting from min. 3:41, you had to record while walking. Did you have to do the shopping at a nearby store or something?
I had the exact same feeling when visiting Assisi for the first time in my life, you can find my video in my channel but yours is thousand times better than mine since you actually show the whole circuit with full comparison, bellissimo video compliments

Brought back some nostalgia from when I raced my dad on that track and won because he could get a good lap, I would love to see Sony add this track to GT Sport some time in the future with some of gt4's LM cars like the xj220 (but they already have the ford GT technically).
I still remember driving my Cadillac 100 with 1003hp down these streets, it was pure suicide to try and go downhill with that much power, so often it was crashing and crashing until the lancia caught up but then... I easily pulled away on the last long straight before the uphill which served as another point to pull away...it was pure madness.
I didn't know Citta di Aria was based on Assisi until I was actually there a few years back. I kept thinking I recognized everything and then it hit me

The only overtaking spot was into the hairpin near the start of the lap. Makes the Monaco GP track look like a motorway.
