i’m 35 years old and have been watching you for years me and my three kids and wife. A couple months back I decided I’m going to get in shape because I had this realization that at my age I'm not going to easily get back in shape and literally everyday I wait the harder it would get. Anyway I fully hardcore committed about a month ago and I've dropped 26 pounds! I started at 272 and am down to 246 I'm 6'2" which helps a little too hide all the weight but ya not a little fella. 😂Point of the story other than to brag on myself a little bit 😂 you doing these types of videos are such a nice motivating thing to see !! Thank you for all the awesome content!!!

I never realized how much we take advantage of working out and exercising does to your morale I just recently broke my back and neck and not being able to work out sucks and I just want to go against the guidance of my doctor and go to the gym, but I don't want to injure myself more.

Now this is what I needed! I got diagnosed with Diabetes last August. I have been struggling with keeping a diet and a good mental idea about myself. I started going to the gym a few months ago. I am really enjoying it, it’s a challenge sometimes to get there but once im there I don’t want to leave. I lost over 40 pounds. This kind of content inspires me to keep pushing and eating better and living a more healthy life. Thank you, Roman!

Being somewhat familiar with fitness, it's crazy how much you've grown. It's hard being skinny with super dense muscle fiber composition because you don't see much growth. But when your outlifting people twice your size it definitely pays off!! 💪

I’m 41 also. Eating like this has changed my life as well. I’m on the same path gym and eating well. Feel amazing and as soon as I eat candy and fast food I go down hill. I have rheumatoid arthritis also. When I’m eating clean I’m fine. Eating bad I get flare ups. Put great things in your body get great results.
