Chase is an inspiration, even and perhaps especially for me a retired Catholic priest. I pray Chase may be a better priest than I have been. I have tried and love saying the Eucharitst and the Breviary...and still love speaking to all I meet whether in coffee shops or at our local Walmart, but you only get "one roll of the dice" as they say. I agree! There are women who will do anything to sack a Catholic priest...so he already knows their game and will steer clear of them. My thoughts and prayers for him to press on to follow Christ onto the royal priesthood. Going against the grain of worldly desire is never easy so I commend him for doing so.

There are criminals in any group of people, whether it be priests, teachers, doctors or politicians. The fact that the media focuses so much attention on Catholic priests doesn't mean that there aren't genuinely kind, honest priests who've never harmed anyone. Plenty of nurses have abused prescription drugs but I'm a nurse and have never even considered it. So please don't stereotype a whole group of people. I wish the best for this young man.

I would like to include some information. In the diocesan priesthood, you don't determine where you go. The bishop tells you where to go in the diocese and you accept through your promise of obedience. The other is that he said that it's about 6 years until he gets the collar, that is incorrect. once he is accepted into seminary and that is theological seminary. whether it's pre or in theology. he still receives his collar so if he's in pre-theology he receives his collar

As for changing the Sabbath day, it was with Jesus' rising from the dead, and showing us the truth of life after death on Easter Sunday that we come to celebrate and remember this with joy and celebration each and every Sunday. It is only right that such a joy filled day should be given to God :D

I left after 4 years When I was asked to teach at an all Catholic School for girls - My students don't take me seriously I was 19 y.o. then some even showed me their tatas and try to grab my u know wut lol When I asked to be transfer to Grade 1, 2 or 3 The Sister Principal says "when will you be tempted brother when you are ordained already?"
What are you implying? Are you a Christian? Did you know that their is a higher percentage of pastors that molest individuals more than Cartholic Priests. And your arguement be that the priests celibacy is a the leading cause of these acts. What are the excuses of the married pastors that do these horrible acts?
