No and yes, you can download the modules from vs code too, there was a terminal at the bottom of vscode in which you can type command for installing modules(pip install *module name*) and you can also type same command in terminal/CMD/Powershell for doing the same thing.
sir there is some problem when executing pip install flask function, The problem is(You are using pip version 10.0.1, however version 19.3.1 is available. You should consider upgrading via the 'python -m pip install --upgrade pip' command.)Sir please tell me how i shortout this problem.
