I really enjoyed this intriduction to ecu flashing eventually. ,just for your infirmation sir, The brown wires labelled negitave or earth,are the BOSCH WIRING SYSTEM DEVELLOPED IN GERMANY. IN EUROPE ,ALL CAR MANUFACTURES ADOPTED THE BOSCH WIRING SYSTEM,BACK OVER A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO, THEIR NEGITAVES ARE BROWN AND THEIR LIVES ARE BLACK.... BEFORE THAT WE USED THE LUCAS WIRING STANDARD ,WHICH WAS RED FOR LIVE BLACK FOR NEGITAVE , AND AS THE BOSCH WIRING STANDARD HAS BECOME THE GOTO STANDARD FOR CAR WIRING IN EUROPE,, Thats why the GT100+ is wired to the BOSCH standard,as 1000s of these units are bought in europe😊😊
hi there, very interesting, how do I identify what ecus that I have to buy the adaptor cables in Australia? Also I have just bought a dc706 OBDstar and just learning, I hope that it will do the job for Australian vehicles
can you point me to resources that will help me identify software/hardware to full feature reprogram/flash of ECU's for Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep? I have appcar diag right now and it doesn't do flashes, just simple routines. I am looking to step up and do full programming and could use some help on what to buy to start out doing this.
I did connect my godiag properly to try to read / test my me9.7 ecu on bench mode but it doesnt read it , my main purpose was to try and activate the teach in drive authorization on bench mode but no success, i use the launch padvii, please help me out
