When i’m uploading whole supporting files for the ILR 5 year route , i’m i right by saying to upload 5 years of documents or 2.5 years documents ? Secondly wife’s visa is finishing in August 2022 & her 5 year are complete in June 2022. What time should i apply for the ilr ?
Hi it a quick update for you and everyone I applied for spouse Visa extension for someone 12july and got idv app download notification 29 October and submitted facial image through the app 7th September got decision which is approved 29october so best of luck everyone

if you get ilr on spouse visa (husband/ wife of British person or setteled person ) then you can apply next day. otherwise all others have to wait 1 year.

@@JohnWick-yu5yw spouse visa ki basis pe agar ILR miley tu app next day citizenship ki application kar saktey hain. no wait. all other visas need to wait 1 year after ILR. citizenship application takes time then you are invited to attend an oath ceremony they give you a naturalisation certificate. after that you can apply for passport

MY application is straight forward, one job for 5 years (University) and one residence for 5 years. I applied for ILR. For you it took around 4.5 weeks to get your decision after submitting your photo via IDV app. Do you think I can expect the same? What do you think? Thanks

i just got the details from my email histiry offlight bookings and entry exit dates from my passport stamps, i submitted no evidence other than scan of all the pages from my passport.
waSalam.. no unfortunately you wont be able to apply 5 months early. Maximum you can do it 28 days prior to the expiry of your visa. you would need to renew or extend your visa for those 5 months.
due to covid there is a lot of delay in all applications. I hope you get a response soon. otherwise it might help to send HO an email. But there is nothing you can do other than wait
Hi, I am going to apply for ilr settlement, after applying the settlement, my passport will expiry in 22 weeks, could anyone suggest me is that going to be an issue or it's fine. I can't see anywhere about the information related to passport,just telling valid passport Thanks in advance
that's a lot of time. but then it depends on your case aswell.. if its complicated them it takes more time however I would highly suggest to chase it up.

why did your August appointment get cancelled? As far as I am aware they were operating in August. Please followup on their helpline. You should push the case as all EU rules will change after 2020.
Aslamo alikom I applied for naturalisation online as eu family member how did you submit documents one by one or all in one folder for each section and what about cover letter in which section I can upload I have my fingers print 04/11 I really appreciate your help.
i made pdf files for same documents and uploaded them in relevant section, i didnot include a cover letter but you can upload them in the others section.

My wife submitted her application on 20th October 2021. And still she is waiting for decision

you need to have atleast 6 months left in your Passports. so I would suggest to renew it early and then apply ilr.

you can find all the forms on Gov.uk website. but mostly its online now so you donot need to download a form, just fill it online. hope this helps
