- This is one of the best quality showcases of Woodkid on RUclips. It is filmed in NATIVE 4k (Not upscaled) and has no stuttering.
I have mixed opinions on Woodkid. The block deco looks okay at full speed but up close it's messy and doesn't look great. I really like the backgrounds though, they're sick.
And as for the gameplay
It's so bad dude
It feels like someone took sedulous, buffed it and added more blind clicks and transitions. Not fun to play, and not well balanced. (Please keep in mind my hardest is an Insane Demon so my opinion doesn't count)
The song goes really well with the level and definitely adds to its uniqueness. The level's total objects is around 500,000 and I get around 10 FPS in the editor, it even crashed my game WITH THE 4GB PATCH.

God I remember when this was like one of the most hyped levels back in 2017, anyone remember the God Eater vs Woodkid videos?
The best part is that both levels are held down by their gameplay and neither are as good as I remembered

There will never be another level as aesthetically cool as this. A masterpiece among my early days still stands strong
imo, i feel astral divinity looks better and a story about two powerful forces in a war.(idk just my opnion)

It’s not. The decoration doesn’t fit into the background well. Details are cool but it’s definitely not up there with the Epics. A recent rate, Atmos by Marwec and more easily stomps this.
HUGE respect to this Builders. The fact that some artwork took hours to make and takes part in the level for just some seconds makes it so impressive. I love it. This is insane
Absolutely true. Yet something I find mind boggling is that woodkid isn't rated and several mods commented dumb shit like "traced art" even though storming summit ripped Celeste sprites and had its story too and ended up being praised and rated. Meanwhile something absolutely ridiculous like this isn't rated. This looks like a masterpiece honestly, and it's such a shame it remains unrated.

It really doesn't flow well though. I feel like the level's all over the place, and the rapid speed changes seem so random, doesn't make for an enjoyable viewing experience at all.
Interesting doesnt necessarily mean good, but it looks so satisfying
I think this level really starts to be amazing in 60-100 when the colors kick in.
God i remember this being like the most awaited project ever, now no one knows its existence
fun fact: With my hardest demon being Clubstep, it took me 7 million attempts to complete this level!

This was probably the best level I've seen in a long while. Deco was particularly good.
The deco is outstanding and easily one of the best looking levels. Gameplay is hard to decipher because it's fast but some gameplay parts aren't very good
Imagine your fellow classmates playing Subway Surfers and such games during their free time, whilst you play Woodkid lol.
I was NOT expecting the colour in the end oh my goodness
insane this level was almost made 6 years ago and still lived up to todays standards
I'd probably go through 20 different timelines and die more on waiting for the level to open than actually in the level itself
The 2018 version of Woodkid came out before I starting creating seriously, since then my standards have risen exponentially. The one thing that hasn't changed though is that this level is still my favorite extreme in the game.

This’ll always be my favorite level even after all the controversy the deco executes core perfectly and manages to look clean while doing it and the transitions are fire

Well, the level is extremely hard. I don't think I even have enough free time to be able to complete this. But yeah, I would like to try it too.

I remember seeing this when i was, like, 8 or 10, it was one of the coolest things i've ever seen in a videogame, and what's even more impressing is that it was fully made in a mobile game...

The builders must have put their blood, sweat and tears into this Woodkid Geometry Dash level. Love the black and white look as well as the art styles, truly a level that was ahead of its time.
I haven't been into gd since 2018 but i randomly remembered this level and wondered if it ever got finished. glad to see it did, it looks amazing

That's true, but I also find it amazing that there are actual human beings who have completed this monstrosity! I find it hard to even keep track of what is happening in this level, so I can't even imagine completing this level.

New players won't understand how legendary this level is. Back in 2018, Woodkid used to be seen as one of the best works of art in Geometry Dash of all time. No one would have ever thought that it was possible to make such a thing at that time.

Legend has it you have to invest £10,000 in a pc just to unlock this level...

Watching in 2023 , now that we have Acheron , Tidal Wave , Limbo and Aztec hits way different.

@@vedantsridhar8378 this is definetly not even in the top 25 maybe top 50 nowadays bc of its lenght but no way in hell is this harder than any top 10. woodkid probably doesnt even have asingle frame perfect and slaughterhouse wave is WAY harder and has a lot of frame perfects

When you said that the level was old, I was kind of expecting something from a much earlier era.
like how one of the biggest levels in this game’s history commits the cardinal sin of naming the level after the artist and not the song

This level is a masterpiece, and it was forgotten by the community, one of the best levels that was forgotten and not rated.

I 1st played gd back in 2018-2019
To me this is the hardest back then
Now I beat this level on my 1st attempt! I played this level for my school talent show and everybody was speechless. They thought I used a bot to hack, but I played it in practice mode and asked the teacher to play it. It took her 500 attempts to get to 6% in practice mode (even worse, upto 4% is auto), but then I fluked the level from 6% to 100%!
