I live in the Comox Valley and there is some extremely nice scenary in the Comox Valley. But sadly the cost of living is expensive but it's expensive everywhere and prices will not be going down anytime soon.
I have lived here for 45 years, I have never liked it, lousy shopping, only a couple good eating places. I came from the interior and wish I never left it. It has become way too overcrowded here and now the homeless and drug problems are a real problem. The rent and home prices are very high.
Thank you I may be moving to Comox or Mission for a year and I was not sure which city was more suited for me Your video tells me exactly what I thought making researches on Google, I guess I will searc now for Mission !

Lol. If you want to see unaffordable try Victoria or Nanaimo. Granted they are larger and have more to offer but geez how can average people live there.

Con. Lack of doctors and of medical specialists. Mostly this means overnight stays in Vancouver or Victoria
