Komatsu PC490LC Excavator Makes Water Line Installation Easy

Todd Skare, Duininck Inc. operator, uses a Komatsu PC490LC to dig a pit for a 6-in. water line connection. “The OC490 is smooth, good on fuel and pretty fast,” said Skare. “It’s also got good visibility and good reach, which helps a lot when we are deep digging because we usually we have a lot of existing utilities to avoid.”
