What a beautiful, peaceful, mindful and inspiring film! Perhaps I should deviate from my devotion to stills and consider using the movie function on my camera.
It's so dreamy and I love the way the color evolves...almost like going from winter to spring. It evoked a chill of deep recognition and resonance in me. Thank you for your beautiful addition(s) to the world.
Thank you Kathy, it was very much experimental because I'm a photographer not a film maker, but I really appreciate you taking time out to watch it and leave a comment....thank you
I thoroughly enjoyed this and the title was very apt. Lovely to see nature at its simplest with diffused light and shapes. Also the reveal from the highlight bokeh. Personally, I think I may have preferred it if it was all in monochrome as this seems more in keeping with the subject and your approach. However, I can perhaps see why those red berries may have tempted to move away! Will look forward to seeing more!👍👏👏👏
Thank you Nick, it was a bit of an experiment and I know what you mean about the colour reveal, I'm just playing at the moment, seeing what I can do, but yes couldn't resist the colour in the berries 👍
I really liked the start where a series of black and white abstracts transform into natural subjects and then disappear into abstract images again. I also liked the shape of the whole film which starts in mono, evolves into colour and then back into mono at the end. Maybe for me it just seems to get a bit lost in the colour section.
Thanks Wendy...on reflection I think it might actually be better without the colour section...but it was all new trying things out and seeing went with it...thanks for taking the time to watch and comment 👍
