Mai deep breathing daily two times kerti hoon.mere lungs me infection ho jata hai. I'm very upset ho jati hoon. Hospital jana parta hai. Pl advice me how many times I should do deep breathing. Thanks for your advice.jai sai Ram

Sriniwas ji Adi mudra is not yogasana. It's a hand gesture mentioned in ancient scriptures for therapeutic and healing purpose. By the way any specific reason for not liking yoga. You can share if you feel like. Stay blessed
