    Wow! A heartfelt thank you for all of your helpful videos, but especially this one as I have asthma. I have been practicing the recommended ADI Mudra for several weeks now and it has made a world of difference. You have no idea how much of a positive difference it has made in my pulmonary health.     It really works.mudra combined with deep breathing took oxigen level from 86 to 92 in one day.tried by 83 year old person on 17 th day of covid.

      Deep breathing for 5minutes along with rudra mudra closing eyes and chanting OM is more beneficial

    The adi mudra is the best of all Mudras because we have learned this Mudra while we are in mothers womb.

    I joined SSY classes ( Siddha Samadhi Yoga ) since 1996 . 'Adhi mudhra ' also helps to reduce partial head ache . If the ache is in right partial side or left side , which suffers more either that we should ready to press with fingers at thumb's nerve just slightly. It deffinately shows good result.

      Infact, vajrasana is recommended immediately after food atleast for 15 minutes. It helps in digestion
