Good job! I suggest keeping the brush guard, since it'll protect the body.

The first ones being done, simply cut out the stock frame piece and put the servo right in it. Just an idea if that one breaks

Great job. Those parts are very expensive so I’m glad it worked out for you. I would try to mount the bumper. You said that it’s already save you a few times so it could save the truck again. Worth the effort to mount it.

Thanks , i think i will put the brush bumper back on , i like being able to see all the detail i put into the front end but i don't like the idea of sweeping all that detail into a dustpan after it crashes into something , so its going back on , il just put the longest bolt in it possible and hope for the best .

Hi, i have just recieved my "bruiser", and i going to do this mod. Did you use the stock servo that came with the car?

You can but being a cheap servo it will burn out in a few days , i found two used hitec metal gear servos on ebay and replaced the shifting servo as well , i used hitec hs-645mg servos
